Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

I highly recommend HHS. They moved my plumbing from under my foundation to the attic due to a big leak. They were very thorough , their work was very tidy and clean. They went over everything thing with me to ensure that I understood what they were doing. ALL of the guys that were in my home were very respectful, polite and professional. They now have a customer for life.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Have home on market, septic system required for sale. Called and set up an appointment 3 weeks later! Driver arrived hour later, when went to house next door, as I came out driver told me my water was turned off! Then he realized he was at wrong house1
1- took 20 min to decided to back into my back yard, but only next to house [ .42 acre of ground ]
2- runs 50= feet of hose around my pool to where septic is,, supposedly empty tank .
3 - supposedly does a WATER TEST and failed the system!
4- report says all good except for water test!
NO explanation , go to office, they where RUDE and unprofessional!
they have no idea what amount of water was ran for test! Water bill did NOT REFLECT a 1,000 gallons of water to refill tank and do a water test, NO CAMERA INSPECTION! $695 bill !
I FIND OUT THEY DID NOT DO A PROPER INSPECT< THEY WILL BE PAYING MORE THEN THEIR FEE!

6 weeks after COOPER'S INSPECTION
Had another company come out, to reinspect septic system. They dug up the access hole, used camera and FOUND my line from tank to leech pipe was about 85% collapsed. also found out that spare bathroom toilet wash over flowing.. They installed a pipe to extend above ground as to see if leech field was working as it was to the top of pipe. It was because main tank cover was not sealed, with over 4 of rain was running into septic, also from roof run off as well. If leech field shows to be ok in 2 weeks , they will replace the collaged pipe and give a PASSING report!
COST WAS $450, $245 cheaper the COOPER'S and done right!
Cooper owes me for the inspection part that was never done PERIOD!
checked first thing this morning, found water level down 2 ft. just over night!!

Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. Communication is always key and is always there with this team. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with plumbing that need an alternative way to take care of issues.

I want to thank Michael the Plumber who came out at 1am to unclog my plumbing. It wasn’t just one bathroom it was both and the shower. He came went on the roof and handled his business. The next day he came with his boss to put the camera down the pipe and it needed to be replaced. They got me approved to get the work done and Michael stayed until the inspectors came and he was over all just a very nice person and explained the plumbing. Since I was getting the work done they reimbursed me what I paid for the night before and that was nice. Michael and Donnie thank you.I want to STRONGLY commend and thank, Teyon who was the plumber who did the digging and put new pipe in my home and laid down the concrete.(basically the most difficult part of this process) His communication after every time he would leave, the respect he had while in my home and cleaning up after the work was done I can not thank him enough and his helper. Actually because of you Teyon there is still hope that their are honest hard working people like yourself that did an amazing job and hopefully won’t have to call Rooter Ranger after all the work you did, but you are an awesome trustworthy person! Can’t thank you enough and hopefully get recognition from Rooter for your hard work and this very satisfied customer. My family and I thank you Teyon and Rotter Ranger for your help.

I got service from them couple years ago and the owner was that one who came out and he tought me about the septic, it was such a educatinal thing that i was so happy i learned! Today 04-28-22 i got an Amazing Service again!! I couldnt be happier to have call them again! Septic Technologies staff from office to field are great! We have had a very good experience working with Priority Pumping. After having numerous issues with a septic system installed only 5 years ago by another company in town and no luck working with that particular company to get it resolved, we hired Priority Pumping to install a new system for us. I recently had the opportunity to work with All Pro Plumbing Services and I am very impressed with their service. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and provided an affordable solution. They were able to work around my schedule and the work was completed in a timely manner. We purchased a home in Oct 2022 and shortly after started having plumbing issues. We have had several companies out, with a camera and a locator to find that there is an issue at the repaired cover in the back yard. There is standing water in the pipes and at the repaired cover.

I called Sunset as they were one of two companies that have done work on the home requesting them to come out under warranty to check the tank to verify or fix the issue.

Rainey argued with me stating that they do not warranty or guarantee their work. They dug up the system, pumped it, certified and inspected it. When there is clearly an issue. So they (or the other company - who is coming out UNDER WARRANTY to verify that their work was done correctly and identify the issue) did something (or failed to do something) correctly and we are having back up issues every couple of weeks.

Rainey then argued with me stating that I was lucky that my tank was still operational as it was built in the 60's. She continued to argue with me when I said that if you take care of things they will last and then tried to tell me that was incorrect.

This woman is unprofessional and the company is a joke. DO NOT USE them!! Less than a year after they touched the septic I am having issues and they refuse to come out to verify their own work under warranty - because they don't have one.

There's nothing like a plumbing mishap to send one into a state of panic! Things get chaotic when your only bathroom is out of order! Fortunately for me- the service guy arrived & quickly put my mind at ease. He was patient, answering all my questions & worked diligently, determined to find and fix the root cause. And he did so amidst the parade of animals determined to get in his way. I was pleased with the service & grateful for a problem solved! Thank You Efrain- you were our hero that day!
