My panel was a mixture of 1950’s and 1970’s technology. It was rusted and on the verge of a disaster. The team that came took most of the day and did a great job. They were nice and spent some time answering questions.

David Daugherty came out to fix my fan today. Couldn't get screw out because it was stripped. Said the fan was warped inside and we would need a new fan. Charged me $67.00 for nothing. My husband climbed up, took out the screw easily and found the warped part. I called Mr. Daugherty and he said he doesn't repair fans, he just takes them down and puts them up. Wish I would have known that. This is a $600.00 Casablanca Fan! I called the fan doctor and they know the problem and will be out to fix it on Thursday. I wouldn't call 24 HR to screw in a lightbulb! They would just say, sorry you'll have to replace the light!

John is very attentive and precise in his work. He is prompt and went out of his way to get parts I had not to purchased for this job. He removed, rewired and hung 2 outdoor chandeliers and a large ceiling fan.

What could have been a highly stressful situation turned out to be quite benign thanks to the Jeff and Phoenix Contracting. Jeff was incredibly responsive and communicated the status of the project regularly. We will use them again if we have any electrical or other contracting needs.

Called up for a slab leak at 12:10pm and a tech was dispatched by 12:58. Our Tech Duane arrived at 1:35 and went right to work. While breaking out the concrete he took measures to make sure that the rest of the home did not get the dust. He had a little issue with the repair due to its location but he never gave up. After repair was completed Duane made sure that all faucets in the home were operating correctly.(4 bathrooms, laundry and kitchen) The kitchen seemed to get the brunt of the the debris and he spent quality time to get this cleared. After the job was completed he went ahead and swept up the work area and dusted all of my shelves and counters. Overall from the initial phone call to the final transaction the service was A+.

If they work like they drive then god help us all!

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

Alex from Barone Electric came out 45 minutes after i called them. He found the reason my bathroom light-switch was shocking my kids and fixed it within an hour. He cleaned up his mess, was respectful while walking me through the problem and made sure i was 100% satisfied before he left. I will use Barone electric whenever I need an electrician.
