I guess because our home is super small and built in 1925 he prejudged and felt that providing a quote would not be beneficial to him or company. He promised to give me a quote in the evening and did not. I followed up with him couple days later and asked if he had the quote, and chose to not respond back. Not professional, not a great way to earn business. If he could not do it whether it be because of the house, neighborhood, or just cant do it! Then a simple message back of letting me know would have sufficed. What a waste of time and what a shame to ignore customers.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.
