Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Christopher was great. His work was excellent. I was totally shocked by the price. I had used your company and got excellent service and reasonable pricing. This time WOW, well over what I expected. When your standing looking in a hole with a broken line your stuck with what ever price they say. You have to have water. I was startled how outrageous the cost was. Again, the technician, Christopher was great. But I will have to think twice before I use you company again

Definitely recommend Cave Creek Septic! From the first initial call Ed was very helpful by ensuring me its a job that they can handle as well as asking me questions to figure out what was going on. He made me feel like I was in the right hands! When Kurtis and Mike came out they answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it! As a home owner Cave Creek Septic did everything I can ask to make me feel at ease during this hard time! I thought I needed a new septic system but really it was just a simple clogg in my line (glad i didn’t get take advantage of) Thank you guys!

I had looked for a good plumber at a decent rate for at least a month to get a bathroom vanity connected, the bids that cane back were very high or a few plumbers found the job too complicated because they would have to open the wall and move some attachments. I called Reddi Services New Years Eve expecting nothing and not only did they get me a same day appointment but their technician Chris Groth did a great job of resolving the issue in a creative manner and being transparent about the price.After this great experience, I highly recommend them.

I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Clint does good work, is honest, professional and now my go-to plumber for all future projects. We are so glad that we hired Complete Plumbing & Drain Services for our project. Thank you, Clint!

This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!

We hired Paradise septic to pump and certify a septic system in Paradise Valley. Required by Maricopa Co for the sale of the property. I, as a manager of the property, was there from beginning to end of the process. We were charged $1020 in labor for two employees on site three hours. One of the employees was the tech there to certify the tank once the tank was exposed. While one employee used a mini backhoe to expose the tank the tech stood by and watched 95% of the time. On occasion, he would hold a shovel to keep an irrigation line clear, I also held the shovel to keep the irrigation line clear . Once the tech was able to get to the tank and commence with his inspection, the other laborer retreated to his truck, where he sat until it was time to replace the dirt. Every aspect of the invoice was inflated. Total charge for a pump and certification was $3149.72. I would not use nor recommend this company for any septic or plumbing needs.

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

They come very quickly, both times I needed them they were there same day. They are kind and helpful. Richard really wanted to be sure I understood what was going on and what he was doing. We had some confusion as to where the main water shut off was but he went above and beyond to find it. We also were indecisive as to whether we wanted them to do the job or if my husband should just do it and he was patient and understanding of our choices. We did choose to have him do part of the job and he helped show us what to do so we can finish it ourselves. He also attempted to fix something else as a courtesy (didn't work out but he told us how to replace the part for free). The only negative thing to say is that one plumber came out to check for leaks and missed this issue so they had to send a new one a week later. But they sent him out same day and they didn't charge me another service fee so they definitely made up for it.

I originally called Priority Pumping to do an inspection on my septic system to sell our home. Unfortunately, during the inspection we found out that the inspector that did the inspection 3 yrs earlier when we bought the home was a liar and passed the septic system when and shouldn't have, because it was corroded and coming apart. But Priority Pumping showed us what they found and then worked with us to get it replaced and completed within 3 weeks so we could complete the sale of our house on time. From the owner, Tanya to Dusty, the gentleman that did the entire install. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This company did a fabulous job and I would recommend them for all your septic needs. They get the job done without excuses and without hidden costs and are very fairly priced. In the current business market where it seems so hard to trust companies to get a fair deal and a job well done, Priority Pumping rises above the rest!! Technician came out to flush our tankless water heater. I asked him several questions on water softeners and filtration systems.He was very professional and courteous in answering all my questions and pricing. Even standing in the hot garage to do so. He was quick in servicing the unit. We hope Blue Plumbers is the one to come out next year to do the service again!

Most unorganized company ever. They charged me multiple times for the wrong job that my company is not even associated with. I asked for a credit, had to call back 4 times, and still have not received the credit after months of calling. I was happily working with S & B Portabowl before, and United Site Services sadly bought them out. DO NOT SUGGEST USING THEM.
