my experience wasn't a happy one! One AC unit stopped working last night, after searching website, found George Brazil has better review, so I called today, the staffs over phone are very nice and friendly, so I made an appointment for this diagnosis and repair. The technician came on time, turned on thermal status and worked on the floor unit in the back yard, thenfor he told me just need to refill Freon for one pound, but he told me it would cost me $300 to $400, his labor fee is $160 per hour, I asked how long it took to recharge, he said it would be a few minutes. I said it would be too expensive like that, then he said to go to truck to look up the price list, and told me the total would be $269.75. I thought it is at least better than original price he gave and I wanted to trust George Brazil because the 4 or 5 star review. so I let him did it. After he left, I googled how much the cost of freon and labor fee,I found out it is about $50 per pound, so the bill to my repair was way overrated.My unit is just 2 years old, this technician told me maybe there is leakage somewhere, but he never bothered to check this leakage just told me if it stopped working again, maybe looking for leakage, I asked warranty, he said there is no warranty for charging freon. I feel they should check the leakage, if it is, fixing the leakage should be the right treatment for this.I called the company and wanted to talk to manager, I was told someone will contact me. hopefully they will be responsible and do call me back.

Very impressed with this company and Ryan Franco the service tech that did the job. Called Penguin Air in a panic when my AC went out late Friday at my home. Ryan Franco was there in 45 minutes, diagnosed the issue, fixed it all in a few hours. Fair prices, great service, and very professional. Two thumbs up! I highly recommend Penguin Air.

Good quality service, way overpriced on everything they do an even though my systems are 7 year old units, they were hardly used over those seven years but I always need a few thousand dollars of parts and service. Have bad confidence in them as being a good value for me. Will not renew contract.

I am updating this review because Parkers reached out to me after I was unhappy with the service and they were fast and very understanding. They came to check my AC/Heating unit again and they offer to fix it. I am very happy the way they handled the situation. Oh and they have a great monthly membership where you have great perks and discounts.

When an unforeseen electrical problem arose, Handyman Connection addressed the issue immediately so our project would not delayed. When Mark finished the job, our bathroom and kitchen design looked exactly as we had imagined.
