Best Camera Inspection Drain in Phoenix AZ

Before I chose a plumber I read a lot of reviews online and I was impressed with Anthony’s. After having them come out, I completely understand why people are so happy with them. It all started with the super cool text message stating our plumber was coming, a little about him, and a picture! Our plumber, Lupe, then showed up and was the picture of professionalism, knowledge, and he was so personable. He thoroughly answered all our questions and we were very happy with his work (fixed some faucet issues, installed a water softener, and reverse osmosis). Lupe also came with his own shoe covers to protect our floors. I’ve definitely found the plumber our family will continue to use for all future needs! Thanks Anthony’s Plumbing.

I own an apartment complex In downtown Phoenix. Hero home services are my go to guys! I have used their services over a half dozen times.

I have had different plumbers from Hero and they've all done a great job. One plumber who I've had numerous times is named John and he's fabulous.

Their prices are great! Their Service is great!

The two low star ratings on Yelp are from people that needed extensive plumbing repairs. Come on people....Don't shoot the messenger! I hate a big plumbing bill just the same as the next guy. (do you give a bad rating to your mechanic when you have to pay a lot to replace your transmission?). These guys charge appropriately for their time.

Also please note: They don't fix drywall, wood, etc. they are plumbers after all! You need to hire separate contractors to repair any damage done by plumbing problems, or any reconstruction needed due to accessing pipes. This is just standard practice! Anyone who thinks otherwise is just ignorant.

I hired to cleana Grease trap,

Technician showed up to clean the grease trap of our restaurant and pump 2min, then said His PUMP WAS BROKEN AND COULDNT PUMP ANY MORE,

YOU COMPANYBWAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND I STILL HAVE A GREASE TRAP ALL FULL AND HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO CLEAN IT, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT.

Reddi Services called us the morning of our scheduled appointment and said they would have to reschedule for possibly later in the day or reschedule for another day.. When we scheduled our service I was told we were the first appointment of the day. My husband took the morning off of work for this appointment. Shame on you Reddi Services! Don't trust them, they are not reliable.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Have home on market, septic system required for sale. Called and set up an appointment 3 weeks later! Driver arrived hour later, when went to house next door, as I came out driver told me my water was turned off! Then he realized he was at wrong house1
1- took 20 min to decided to back into my back yard, but only next to house [ .42 acre of ground ]
2- runs 50= feet of hose around my pool to where septic is,, supposedly empty tank .
3 - supposedly does a WATER TEST and failed the system!
4- report says all good except for water test!
NO explanation , go to office, they where RUDE and unprofessional!
they have no idea what amount of water was ran for test! Water bill did NOT REFLECT a 1,000 gallons of water to refill tank and do a water test, NO CAMERA INSPECTION! $695 bill !
I FIND OUT THEY DID NOT DO A PROPER INSPECT< THEY WILL BE PAYING MORE THEN THEIR FEE!

6 weeks after COOPER'S INSPECTION
Had another company come out, to reinspect septic system. They dug up the access hole, used camera and FOUND my line from tank to leech pipe was about 85% collapsed. also found out that spare bathroom toilet wash over flowing.. They installed a pipe to extend above ground as to see if leech field was working as it was to the top of pipe. It was because main tank cover was not sealed, with over 4 of rain was running into septic, also from roof run off as well. If leech field shows to be ok in 2 weeks , they will replace the collaged pipe and give a PASSING report!
COST WAS $450, $245 cheaper the COOPER'S and done right!
Cooper owes me for the inspection part that was never done PERIOD!
checked first thing this morning, found water level down 2 ft. just over night!!

Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. Communication is always key and is always there with this team. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with plumbing that need an alternative way to take care of issues.

3,000 miles away, Sunday morning, and broken sewer pipe...one company answered the phone. That prompt response was only the beginning of impeccable, polite, and professional service. Communication was constant, pricing fair, and trust immediate. My tenants felt the same level of comfort in their face to face interactions as I did in my long-distance ones. I thought Option One did just drain clearings. I have used them for a few commercial properties I manage. I am so glad that I called them to try to fix what I thought was the unfixable. They fixed a roof drain that has been leaking when it rains forever! The roofing company kept trying to fix it, my maintenance man tried. Sammy with Option One took a look, conferred with an associate who came out also and they came up with a plan to repair. Best thing was--they didn't charge an arm and a leg. I will definitely be calling upon them again.

This was my first time working with Bumble Bee Plumbing and it was a great experience. They offered me an appointment sooner than others that I had called and when the team arrived, they were highly consultative, thoroughly explaining the issues as well as the options. They didn't try to push the more expensive options and in fact recommended we start simple and build upon that as we got more familiar with our new home. It was a great customer service experience and we'll definitely be using them again in the future as we have need.

We had a significant problem in our retail space, toilets were backing up, and water coming up in our break room. Our technician worked on it and worked on it until he got it resolved, which meant doing 500 feet down the line to ultimately clear it. Our plumber, Terrill, was super communicative at every step, when the problem wasn’t resolved after the first visit him mediately returned. He was outstanding.This was also the only plumbing organization in the area I could find to come out the same day. I would absolutely use them again

I have worked with the owner for over 10 years. I'm a Real Estate agent and have worked with many vendors over the years. He is cut above the rest and has always shown exceptional work ethics. He is great to work with, is very knowledgeable, is easy to get a hold of and gets all his jobs done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using this company for any future work needed.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly, a very nice young man, who performed the septic tank inspection at my home. He was on time, professional and friendly. I didn’t know this company offered so many services and when I do need someone to come out again, I will make sure I call this company first. I shopped around and East Valley Septic was the most inexpensive and the most responsive. I had called several companies and Kelly was the only one who called me the same day. They get five stars from me.
