Best Camera Inspection Drain in Phoenix AZ

I'm not a review kinda person but this was outstanding service - we bought an a/c unit from them in 2009 - no problems - last night the a/c unit stopped cooling (was blowing air but not cool). It is 8pm on a Saturday night mind you and still 90 degrees outside. I called, scheduled for immediate service (same night call was going to be $79 versus $79 on a Sunday - might as well get it fixed asap then). The tech was to the house by 10pm (on a Saturday night!) - he called like we instructed rather than ring door bell because our triplet babies were sleeping and didn't want the dog to go crazy. He was in a nice uniform in a nice truck - he had the a/c cooling w/in 35 min (said the circuit breaker shut off for some reason) - maybe because it was truly a mechanical issue (not poor maintenance on our part) they waived the $79 service call fee. I've never been so impressed from the initial call to a call center to a tech out and fixing the problem in 2 hours on a Saturday night!!

From the initial phone call with Kary to the job completion by Cameron, it was all handled very nicely.
