Their administrative folks were very nice and professional. Luis shared his assessment of the problem and we discussed options, which led to my decision to pursue the original install company because of the warranty. But Luis was very kind and generous with his honest feedback. I felt no pressure from him to choose RotoRooter. Though I will likely have the original plumber fix my problem, I would not hesitate to call this company in the future. Great experience!
