Best Camera Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Called to repair a leak. Never showed. 2 different times scheduled, nothing. Every time I called to get an update, they said they’d call me back. Never did. Always had to call them. Finally got a TEXT MESSAGE saying they couldn’t come out on the scheduled day, and they had so he duped me for the next day. I eventually just gave up and said don’t even bother. No only did it waste my time but it wasted my money as I had to be to work. Do not recommend. Poor professionalism and poor communication.

Edit: Let me clarify any misunderstanding when they say they “attempted to accommodate my schedule”. My appointment was scheduled with a window of 10AM-12PM. I never heard from them before or during that time frame. I called them at 12:03PM to get an update. I was told the serviceman was running behind and that he could be there between 1PM-2PM. I explained to the rep that I had to be to work at 2PM. She said she would attempt to find someone that was available and that she would call me back soon. 1PM came and went. 2PM came and went. And I still hadn’t heard a word from them. Remember, not only did she say she my original serviceman would be there between 1-2 but she also said that she would call me back soon with a new serviceman. I had to call them again at 2:13PM (I already called my job and told them I would be late because I really wanted this done). It was then I was told that my original serviceman was still at the same site from this morning and that there were no other available serviceman to help me. I said ok, that’s fine. No fuss, no screaming, nothing from my end. I hung up and immediately called someone else. At 2:28 PM I received a text message and voicemail at the same time. The text told me that I had been rescheduled for the next day at 8AM-10PM. The voicemail asked me if that time was acceptable. I missed the call because I was obviously getting ready for work and called them as soon as I could. I told them that no, I didn’t want to reschedule and left it at that. The was no need for me to pour salt in the wound and reattempt what had been an already horrible experience. I didn’t end up getting to work that day until 3:30PM because I WAS TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Shortly after I posted this original review I received another voicemail (again, couldn’t speak because I was at work) saying they would give me a $59 credit towards my next service if I choose to use them again in the future. Nice gesture, but I declined because once again, why would I put myself in that same predicament when you’ve already shown you lack punctuality. For the record $59 only covers the visit and noting else. If I needed work done, the $59 would’ve been included in the price so in the end, it’s a wash. Again, nice gesture, but no where near enough for me to even consider. To be clear, you only tried to accommodate my schedule after you missed 2 time tables and in the end, I was the one that accommodated your schedule.

I want to say Thank You. I had called on Saturday with an issue regarding the water valves under my kitchen sink, I was having a dishwasher installed. I spoke with Martiza in the office and was so impressed with her professionalism. Maritza called me back when promised and kept me informed of all scheduling. The gentleman arrived on Monday, at the time established, he was extremely professional as well. My home was built in the 50’s and all that goes with it. The water valves were so old a certain replacement valve used, the gentleman didn’t have that on his truck so he went out to get one with hesitation.

The job was taken care of and I can’t Thank You enough for the pride that is taken in the work performed and the professionalism of your team. I have already highly recommended Hero Home Services to my sister, who is a realtor, as well as neighbors and those that I work with. You just don’t get service like this anymore………

We had a slow drain that was backing up in the sink. The washing machine backed up a couple of times , as well. Brent came over, took a look at what was going on and went to work.

He cleaned out our line, treating our 60-year-old pipes with care as he sent his power snake to work. Brent was efficient, clean at the point of the cleanout (the pipe was gummed up with a petroleum-like substance), and triple-checked to make sure the problem has solved.

Brent made a point of explaining what he was doing, what I could expect from that line in the future, and told me how best to maintain these aging pipes.

Everyone at Coopers has always been really good to us and professional. Yesterday Justin was very patient and thorough even though it took him several tries to get the line unblocked. He kept at it and was pleasant the whole time. When he camera-ed the line and found the obstruction, it was his idea and his diligence to get past that first one to see if there were any more. There was a second obstruction and we would not have known without him looking farther down the line. We thank him very much for the time he spent here and we will be requesting him by name if we need help in the future!

I thought I had a major issue in my hands. For years tenants have been complaining about the water flow and I was convinced it was time to replace the cast iron under the ground. Tony King and Halden Yeaton were the service technicians. I couldn’t have been luckier to have such honest guys. The attention to detail, cleanliness and response time is always impressive, We have used them for both our residential an commercial pumping in Arizona. You'll be hard pressed to find a better pumper!!

Stay away from this company! Over the phone with Uriah, I was told that next day they will locate the septic tank and send excavator . I was suppose to pay $250/hr for digging and another $550 for pumping. Instead, they sent 2 guys that were manually digging for hours. Next day they did sent excavator. It took him 2 hrs to reach the tank. Locator spent 30 min.to pull the toilet and locate the tank. The bill was $2000 before even going into pumping expense. When I expressed my outrage, Darren McNamara offered $450 credit. That was it…never heard from them again and never got the credit.

Unbelievably great customer service from RR Plumbing. From the very polite person who answered the phone, to the technician, Mikey, who was available at our service address within 2 hours!!We thought we had a clogged drain or serious plumbing issue that was impacting our water pressure. Instead Mikey found it was a clogged shower head and instructed us how to take care of it on our own if we desired. Who does that??Mikey was knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and totally concerned about what concerned us and charged us NOTHING for the service call. We may not have needed services then, but when we do in the future, we intend to use RR Plumbing and also encourage our friends and family to do the same. Thanks again Mikey. We used to hire this company a lot to clean the drain pipes in our houses - the service was OK, but the price was hard to beat - the $49.99 was painted prominently on their service vans. It was a good value.In the last little while they raised the price a lot - now on the service van there is a number 1 squeezed between the dollar sign and the 4 - yes, it does say $149.99, although, as I understand it, sometimes they will charge a bit less. With the price gone up 3 times, it is definitely not the value it used to be. But that's not my objection. In my case, they came to clean the slow drain, and then about a month later we had a problem with the same pipe, so we called them again. The warranty is only 14 days, so we had to pay again. This time we chose to inspect it with the camera, only to find out that there is an obstruction in the pipe, which required to dig up about 1.5 feet of dirt and put in a cleanout. We asked the tech for a quote, and he quoted us $1500. We had similar work done on another house, so we had an idea that this repair should cost around a third of that. We asked the tech, and he said he'd give us a heavily discounted price of $1350 if we put their advertising sign on our property. We asked for a couple more quotes, and one was $550 and the other was $400 - both by licensed plumbers. My concern is that they saw us as a captive audience - people without a working sewer - and decided to jack up the price. This predatory way of doing business is not what I would expect from a professional I would trust. hence the 2-star rating.

If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would! This company definitely cares about their customers & making sure they are satisfied! I had a slab leak in my bathroom, Mike came out to give me a free estimate, he even did a follow up call the next day to see if I wanted to schedule that repair. I had 3 other companies come out that day. Mike was the first guy to show. He was respectful & was very Informative on how the repair would be handled. I am a person who gets very nervous around people I don't know & to allow them in my home I often get extremely nervous. I did not feel that way with Mike & that follow up call sealed the deal. Let's not forget to mention the cost was a lot less than the other companies. He wasn't trying to up sale anything, was straight forward with it all! The day came to do the repair they were on time & his assistant Alex was very kind & respectful as well. I was comfortable enough to just be outside and allow the guys to work. I was worried that my small dogs would be a bothersome due to their barking from having to be outside but they said they are use to such and not to worry about it. The work they did was awesome & literally was less of a mess then I had expected. I received a new water heater as well which was installed with perfection. They left no mess behind & was very thorough with what they did. I highly recommend this company! I went with the comfort of my gut & I was not let down! Mike & Alex are awesome!! Look no further if you are reading this review! This is the sign that you are looking for if you are looking for aGreat, reliable, affordable & respectful company for all of your plumbing needs! Trust me you won't be let down!!

Austin did an amazing job he was very polite respectful of me and my home and did an amazing job. I will continue business with Mr Rooter because of the customer service and respect I received from your technician. I would also like to let your president ond or owner know how lucky you are to have an employee like Austin. He originally came to my house to fix a leak from my washer. He patiently walked me through my home and checked my water heater and all my plumbing valves. He explained water hardness and calcium build up and how it effects my plumbing fixtures. I’m not in the market for a water softener at the moment it was a pleasure to be educated and treated with respect. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee

He is great to work with, is very knowledgeable, is easy to get a hold of and gets all his jobs done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using this company for any future work needed.

Kelly was very quick in coming to pump my septic tank so no complaint there but he quoted me a price to install a riser and cover and never returned any of messages for the last week and a half to install or decline so I could move on. Now I am left with calling other companies. For septic pump good for all other stuff call someone else!
