Lincoln Air installed a multi zone Mitsubishi ductless mini split system. I am very pleased with the appearance of the install and the operation of the new unit. I was also pleased with the quality of work by the install crew who did the job in about 5 hours and cleaned up well afterwards. Lincoln Air is a Diamond Elite Mitsubishi contractor, the highest rating. I could not be more satisfied and will be using Lincoln for a future install.

Had a major plumbing clog.They located the block on day one in about 5 hours, and came back the next day, jack hammered out the concrete and repaired the pipe the next day. They also offered to replace my PRV for $410 and rebuild a running toilet for 340.00. Ridiculous prices. I didn't have them do those two jobs, but I did need them to finish the repair and that was $3900.00!!!! For 10 hours work???? When we questioned it the answer was they are a national company with high overhead.. What the owner owns a helicopter and 6 houses??? Really Patrick Riley??? No plumbing company is worth that!! Next time, the local guys get my business!

Had a new water softener installed in our home. Daniel R provided excellent service, very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. He also found a small continuing overflow of water in the tank in one of our toilets. Explained what needed to be done and we agreed to have the part replaced right then. We would definitely recommend ProSkill Services and Daniel.

I had a great experience with this company. I found out about it at a home show. My house is about 19 years old and had some issues, especially in keeping the upstairs cool in the summer. As an engineer, what I liked about this company was that they came out, took measurements and pictures, and discussed the results with me in detail. After visiting my house, there was a follow-up visit with recommended improvements. Again, I discussed this with the sales rep in detail. There was no hard selling involved. In fact, I did not go with the full set of recommendations, just the set of items that I thought I would get the most benefit from.

Additionally, the fact that APS covers some of the cost via rebates, was helpful in my situation. The company sent out a crew of 4 people that were able to get the work done in one long day. Immediately the following week, my house felt much more uniform in terms of the temperatures. It was also much quieter as well as the AC did not kick on with nearly the frequency it had the week before.

The air conditioners are more quiet when running as well. I am not sure if this is due to more insulation assisting with the noise, or if the improvements to the intake of the units that I made allowed them to breath easier. Both of my units, the upstairs and down, had issues that were causing them to pull in quite a bit of intake directly from my attic (not good). I am looking forward to my first summer in 19 years where I have a good shot at having a home cooling system that will operate as designed.

This service is valuable as most builders really just build to the minimum code requires rather than having an interest in what your electric bill is 6 months after you move in. I would gladly do this in any future home, not only for the savings, but for the comfort factor as well.

Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!

Valleywide needed to enter my property to repair a drain line in a condo on another floor of a high-rise. It was a complicated issue, and in the end Valleywide did a fantastic job, I even had the owner come out and speak with me and apologize. Very professional.

Our A/C stopped working and we were able to get a repairman out quickly. Robert was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us options to help save us money and had our A/C back up and cooling our house quickly. This is the second time we’ve used this company and we’ve always been impressed with their honesty and service. We will continue to use them in the future!
