They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

Tim was my plumber I had clogged sink drain he was able to get it going very quickly, he was very friendly a genuinely nice guy! Had my septic tank pumped today. I rarely give reviews, but then again, unfortunately, I am rarely impressed. My experience with this company was superb! From my 1st call with the very pleasant, helpful young lady that answered the phone until the 2 courteous, friendly, informative gentlemen who performed the work pulled away today after my service was complete, was a great experience. I am so impressed and will definitely use this company moving forward! I learned so much from Dustin today about my system, the process being performed and the importance of maintenance. He and his coworker worked efficiently and cleaned up so well that after digging 2 semi large holes in my grassed front yard, there was no evidence of them ever having been here! If you need service don't hesitate to call them...I did all the research necessary prior to my call and they outperformed my expectations.

After being let down by one of the larger on-line so-called 'emergency' plumbing services who failed to arrive within the time agreed, James was with me within half an hour. I have no reservations in recommending James, who is knowledgeable, courteous, dependable, and reasonably priced. This is a rare combination these days.

Sunset Septic Service completed our septic inspection a couple of years ago and we chose them a second time because of their flexibility around our schedule and their amazing response time (I had the completed report the following business day). Great service all around! Easy booking, fast arrival, polite and efficient service technician (Devon). I called them this morning shortly after 9am after being stood up by another company last night (who said they were on their way and then never showed or called - they called me back at 7 this morning...uh, no thanks!). As it turns out that was a good thing for not only me (because I got great service), but also for Mr. Rooter as...I work in the home services industry and get a few calls a week regarding plumbing work which we don't offer. I will be referring all of those people to Mr. Rooter after my great experience with them. They arrived within 1 hour of my call and Devon was great, really went the extra-mile. I've been in the contracting business for thirty years and was a plumber for the first ten of those years so I know a well trained technician who's happy to work for his company when I see one. I typically rent a rooter machine and do it myself when the need arises but didn't have the time this go around. Hopefully it will be a while before I need to do it for myself again but now I think I'll just call them instead! Great job Devon and the Mr Rooter team!
