Best Water Treatment in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

I gave Anthony’s Plumbing a call and Brandon arrived within the hour to check out a busted water heater. Not only did he give me the best options for a replacement, he was able to install a new unit after one business day. He also referred me to a restoration company to address the water damage and they were very quick to get a quote for repairs. Overall, I give my experience a 10/10 and highly recommend using this company. Brandon is very knowledgeable and was even kind enough to build my kids a fort out of the box the water heater came in!!

NuFlow relined the pipes in a 50 year old bathhouse, three showers each men's and women's, bathroom stalls, sinks and urinals. All went as planned and it appears that we now have extended the useful life of these bathrooms and showers for AT LEAST the next ten years and possibly much longer. Prior to using NuFlow I did seek out references and they were glowing. The cost of re-lining the sewer pipes is a fraction of a tear down and re-build of the bathhouses. I only wish we had their service ten years earlier when we paid almost $200,000 to re-build another similar structure.

We had a clogged sink, I called Rooter Ranger at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. Within an hour, Cody came to repair it. He was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and explained everything. He took care of the problem, cleaned up his area and made sure everything was working like it should be before he left. We highly recommend him and this company!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I was having my septic emptied and inspected. I was told to expect them to come out between 6-8am. I was expecting the latter but they were at my house early and done in no time. We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. Woke up to no hot water on a Saturday and a leaky mess around the hot water heater. Not the best way to start a weekend! Thankfully I found Bumble Bee plumbing. From the first phone call to the final goodbye, you can tell this company prides itself on customer service. The person who answered my call (Mike?) was sympathetic and said he would try to get someone out today. He followed up regularly throughout the day and finally Dan Burke arrived to save the day! He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and efficient. He got the job done in no time at a very reasonable price. I will DEFINITELY be using Dan and Bumble Bee Plumbing from now on!

We have used Wally for septic pumping for many years. As a Realtor we need them on any sale where there is a septic. We are very pleased with them. He always does the job promptly and perfectly. He has spent so much extra time with me explaining septic system in and outs to me over the years, always patiently and never once charged me for his time. I feel like he has taught me everything I know about septic systems. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have used this company since 2008 for septic pumping. They did our initial inspection and 2 subsequent pumping. We even purchase our bacteria for the tank from them.
They have recently been bought out and ever since the service has been awful. It took almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to get a years supply of the bacteria. It took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to schedule a pumping service, which they didn't show up for. So it took another call. They finally showed up damaged the filter, left the tank open (no backfill) and then wanted $1000 to replace filter. I said no and yo please come and backfill the tank. They said they would the next day. Guess what??? They didn't. I would recommend going with someone else. These guys have gone way downhill!

This is the second time I had to call for help from Belsito plumbing. Last year our septic tank was over flowing and needed pumped out, and this year it was a clog at the entrance to the tank. Both times I called just happened to be a weekend. These things always seem to happen on a weekend and usually when you have house guests. Belsito plumbing has always been quick to answer my calls and respond to my urgent requests. They do a great job and at a very resonable cost! The staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to explain everything to you as they are getting the job done. The plumbers have given me several tips to help me with future plumbing problems. They are fast, friendly and reliable. A great combination:) Belsito Plumbing is the only one I will be calling for my future plumbing needs.

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

We are so thankful for the professional and highly ethical services and care we received from our technician, Kieth Herzog at Mr. Rooter. Our hot water heater was ready to go....Kieth came out to perform the inspection and he was very courteous and patient explaining in detail what was needed to get the job done right. We live in an older home we had purchased from an investor that had been a long time rental and we were not aware of the substandard and potentially dangerous situation we had been living with until Mr. Herzog came and performed a thorough inspection. Our job wasn't a simple matter of replacing the water heater, there were a few other things that needed to be done to have the new unit properly installed. Sadly, the job was sorely out of our budget, so Kieth Herzog bent over backwards working for us for every possible discount off the original estimate that he could so we could better afford Mr. Rooter's expert services and he succeeded! If not for Kieth's above and beyond efforts, we would not have been able to enjoy the peace of mind we now have. We very highly recommend Kieth Herzog and Mr. Rooter Plumbing! It's so refreshing to work with professionals that exemplify honesty, integrity and sincere care for their customers!

Had them pump the tank because I had used them twice before, price had doubled since last time. I understand because of the economy. 14 days later toilet backed up, opened tank and it was full again. Inspection and found a toilet Had been leaking from the fill/foat device. Definitely not their fault but when I called the office to get it emptied again the female who answered the phone was real short and said it would be another 500 dollars to emptied again. Felt that since it was only water in the tank they would be a little cheaper. When I mentioned my thoughts to her she said it will be 500 we have fees to pay too. So I called another company and gave my money to them. Will not be calling them again because of the female in the office.

Noticed my clean out was slightly leaking. I called Cooper's Sewer and Drain and had a truck here within the hour on a Saturday. Our septic was full. The price I got on the phone is the price I paid. Very friendly driver, and gave me really good tips on how we can conserve the unit. I called 4 other companies and got 100-250.00 higher quotes. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, best service and best prices.
