I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Ed is the man. I called him to explain my issue and he identified it over the phone. He was able to come the next day and resolve my issues. He located my tank, dug it up, cleaned the filter, pumped it out and had me back in working order by the end of the day. His pricing was reasonable, and he's just a great guy that you feel good about hiring. I will have Ed come out to clean my filter each year, and pump my system before large family gatherings.

Hero Home Services recently replaced most of the drainage system beneath my house. I have a 130 year old home in a historic district in Phoenix. They were incredibly fast to respond. Very professional and did a great job explaining my situation and the recommended options each step of the way. I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. They pumped my septic tank within a half hour from when I called and although we had an incident with the driver damaging my gate as he was exiting my home, his managers showed up within an hour and made sure that our fence was going to be taken care of. They sent me a welder to come fix my fence the very next day. all very friendly and we were surprised as to how quickly the company responded. Thanks for your service A-American Septic.

Robbie and john from Belsito plumbing were AWESOME!!! They put in a new septic system at my Nana’s house and were top notch all the way. They walked us through each step and worked like crazy to get our house back to normal. Robbie even gave us a map of how it was laid out so we would know for future reference. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work, being so courteous, and kind. They are professionals at what they do. We will use Belsito plumbing going forward because of them. We had water back up into the bathtub and shower due to a clogged drain line. Called Reddi Services and after some delay past the scheduled time the technician, Jorge Prieto-Moran shows up. He listens carefully to our description of problems, then takes a look at toilets and sinks throughout the house. Next goes outside to look at the vent pipes up on the roof. He chooses a vent pipe at one end of the house and gets to work using a huge, heavy duty rooter machine. This thing has a rooter cable 150 feet long, which allows him to run the cable through the entire house, going through both bathrooms, the kitchen, laundry room, and all the way out to the sewer line in the street. Jorge has obvious experience and skill in using this machine and he works it well, being efficient yet careful and not rushed. In less than an hour the entire drain system in the house is working great. I also had a chance to talk with Jorge a bit as he was finishing up and he is a very nice guy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for this type of service.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

I had a terrible leak one morning when I was rushing off to work and had no clue what to do next. I contacted rooter ranger after seeing all the great reviews on google and word of mouth from a friend of mine. Luckily, ranger Bobby was there to save the day! He was efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and made the whole process seem way more manageable than I thought it could be! He broke down my specific problem and went through the process with me step by step so I understood exactly what would be done and when. Not only was there a timely estimate, but well worth the cost and the effort. I haven’t had a problem since, and I know it’s because of all the hard work Bobby and the entire rooter ranger team put in on my behalf. Not that I wish plumbing troubles on anyone, but if you do have an issue, I hope everyone gets a chance to use this company. Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

We called this company because our septic was backing up. They came out and told us it was our main line and quoted us $7800 to fix. i thought it was too expensive so i called 3 other companies. All 3 of the other companies said the problem was elsewhere in our septic leach field box and the price to fix was $5000 cheaper. If we would have gone with this company we would have paid $7800 and the problem would not even be fixed. I do not recommend if you have septic problems.

I needed a toilet installed in my new home. The old one was ancient and the valve was stiff/stuck on it. Jeff was sent out promptly to take a look and give a quote. He was honest and clear from the start. The quote was a bit higher than I hoped and I think it’s a bit steeper than average from what I’m finding online but I decided to go with them anyways just to get it done. Jeff told me right away he would need a second person, which is understandable because the old toilet was very heavy and there was some extra work that was needed. He came back very early the next morning with Victor. They were so polite and professional. They were quick but still thorough. While the breakdown in the price still makes it seem a little high I am fine with that. The quality is there and unfortunately right now the market is making all plumbing pretty expensive.I highly suggest them. I opted out of the membership but I won’t rule that out in the future if needed.

I had a water line leak which required turning off the water to our home at 8pm over the 4th of July weekend. I called Mr Rooter Plumbing and they were at our home by 9pm. The leak was repaired and our water back on before 9:30pm. Mr. Ken Peterson was the plumber who responded. He was prompt, polite and well versed in his trade. He is truly a fine man to work with. I will be using Mr Rooter Plumbing for all my needs in the future.

They've fixed my kitchen tap, installed a new boiler, fixed a broken drain, Everyone at the company is very friendly and honest, their prices are fair and their work is top quality. Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
