I have dealt with penguin air on two occasions. First , clogged toilet . Very professional and efficient got the job done the first time. Second, I had an A/C emergency. They came out assessed the problem fixed it They also called a restoration subsidiary to come assess the damage . They came out the same time Penguin did. Very amazed how everything was handled. I would recommend penguin to anyone

I signed up for their monthly program since I have a home out of state and one in verrado I believe in warranties thus preventive checks and service seemed like a good idea. Well the rest of the story, every time they came something was wrong couldn't just get the system looked at with out paying hundreds of dollars, then last month came for routine service wasn't blowing cool enough and it was deemed coil was bad this time cost of replacement $4800.00, well I just had one replaced on a 5 ton for a fraction of that cost at my home in Florida thus I asked how much to replace the entire unit? Quote was $12000 - $15000, at that time I discontinued my monthly agreement with them and hired Sorensen Heating and AC, under 10k to replace entire unit, job was done in less than a day with brand new York 16 Seer unit. Howard AC should be ashamed of themselves High priced, service is done by a bunch of criminals looking for the next easy big buck hit. STAY AWAY from this company there are much better AC companies out there.

Jimmy from Arcadia Air came over my house to give me an estimate on 2 brand new AC units, as my old ones were 19 years old and breaking down. He gave me a very fair price to say the least. He is very professional, friendly and honest. I agreed to the terms and 3 days later his crew showed up at my house on time. They were just like Jimmy, friendly and professional. They installed my 2 units and showed me how to use the AC controller on the wall. They cleaned up everything from the installation as if they were never even at my house. Ever since the installation at the home, the AC works great and is efficient and saves me money on my monthly bill. I highly recommend Arcadia Air! Keith

We had a very positive experience with these fine folks. When we were getting our new unit, the Mears men went back to the distributor several times because the units they received were damaged in shipping and they were not installing a damaged unit on our house, even if the damage was just cosmetic. That told me a lot about their ethics. They took extreme care at every juncture and when they found something was not right they made it right at no additional cost. As an example, we had a breaker issue and the Mears men replaced it for me. I didn't see the charge for the part on my invoice and I called to question it. I was told that they took care of it for us as part of the service. Clearly, they didn't have to do this. This is greatly appreciated. Further, we shopped around before deciding which unit to buy, and at the end of our due diligence we found that Mears offered the best price; they then backed that up with exceptional service. I am very pleased with this company and the men who did the work. I highly recommend this company.

Howard Air is a great company. I had them install two new AC units when we moved in five years ago. I haven’t had any issues until our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling as well. They came out to service the unit and it was low on refrigerant. The service guys were very nice and added some refrigerant and the unit was cooling properly again.

Great customer service. My tech Louis was awesome. he really knows his business and Pro Skill really KNOWS HOW TO HIRE. Louis even alerted me to a natural gas leak at me meter that I had fixed while he was still here.Your techs and company are one of the best I have ever used .Pro Skill just installed two brand new AC units. They are on time, work clean and get the job done. SMW uses a telemarketers to offer tune ups for $29.95. I confirmed twice that it was a complete tune up and the telemarketer verified it was both times. I thought that they were offering a good deal and wanted to earn my business. I was given a 3 hour window for the technician to show up. I waited almost 4 hours until he showed up. Then he told me all he was going to do was to look at the wiring and see if anything needed to be done to the unit. By no means was he tuning anything up and I declined that service once I figured out the scam. I had to wait 4 hours for something my normal AC company would have come out and done by a set appointment. For free too. The technician said that they call it a tune up but should really define it as an inspection. He also said that if they called it an inspection they would not have the same response from people when doing the phone sales. So, they obviously know that this is misleading! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFER AND BEWARE!
