Matthew Neidich came by and checked our issues we were having with our AC and furnace. He was very thorough in his explanation of the equipment and pricing. We have used Penguin before for our commercial space and we’re very pleased with them. Matthew went above and beyond to inform us of what was being done and how they priced the equipment. Technician Kyle Frederickson was very helpful. Initially, I was only scheduled for a check up but in the meantime my heater had stopped working. Kyle found the solution to the problem. The unit needed an expensive part (contactor) as well as having extremely plugged up coils. He went over the options and helped me find the most economical solution to the problem. By getting the maintenance package and an air purification system, I avoided having to replace the coils and saved on the repair and am now covered for any future problems. He showed me a picture of the coils before and after cleaning them. He also found some discounts I qualified for which was a big help.
