My water heater went out yesterday and they were able to come out and replace it the same day! The tech Anthony arrived on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

100 per cent recommend Comfort One. We had a challenging HVAC installation with multiple units and they more than exceeded our expectations. Aa pleasure to deal with on every level. For context We are doing quite extensive remodeling on our house and Comfort One is the ONLY company we have dealt with so far that does what they say they will do on time and on budget.

The worst company I have ever worked with, they worked through our warranty company starting on May 14th of this year and the AC only worked for a week at a time and would continuously freeze up, apparently due to low Freon. The technicians basically have damaged the entire unit when they set the shroud back on the external condenser puncturing a hole in the system and the compressor has not worked as of today almost 3 months since the first time Above Par company first attempted to repair the unit. The owner is unprofessional, unresponsive after attempting to contact him with multiple calls, his technicians training is to FaceTime the owner to have him explain how to fix and repair the AC as the technicians are inexperienced and basically our warranty gave up in this company because he has no called no showed for yet another repair after the (7) attempts for repair @ 116° weather Over the past (8) days here in Arizona with zero AC working at the house.
We also own a 175gallon salt water fish tank located inside the house and due to the unmanageable extremely high temperatures above 95° in the house multiple expensive salt water fish have recently died in the tank due to the high temps in the house.
DO NOT go to this company avoid them at all costs. The owner continually tried to up charge with Freon even though we were under warranty with the warranty company . Extremely shady company and they do not understand any HVAC systems. Above Par is also being reported to the ROC and we will be filing a small claims suit.

Ryan was very honest and informative on the service call at my house. Not only were they quick to respond and arrive, but he also explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!). He fixed the problem during the service call and helped make the process very easy and as cost effective as possible. Needed service in a pinch, with the AC not working and kids in the house. Daniel came out and took care of everything. The whole family was happy and relieved. At an affordable price as well! Will definitely be calling back!

They were there on time, 11:00, worked straight through to completion about 3:00-3:30. Didn’t take any breaks that I saw. Polite and clean, and didn’t leave mess.

I have used Adams Refrigeration for over 20 years. Simply put, they are the best. I once had a problem in August and called at around 6:30 on a Sunday morning planning to leave a message. The owner answered the phone and had someone at my house around 10 a.m. to fix the problem! Not sure that would ever happen anywhere else.

They did a great job. Would hire again.

Well this will be one of the few negative reviews on Larson. I recently moved into a new home with a gas furnace and wanted an inspection prior to using. I called Larson based on the reviews and they quoted $65 to come out for an inspection. No problem scheduling and they were prompt. The tech performed the inspection and right away noticed the flue pipe had separated at the unit, probably from the roof being recently replaced, which obviously needed repair. He struggled a bit and stated he’d rather replace the elbow connection because the remaining pipe was pushing up on the roof tiles. He verbally told me it would be ~$270 which I approved. There was one issue with a zip tie on a door interlock, which he cut off, and some insulation had fallen, which he reattached with adhesive.Total bill was $712.35. Inspection was $65.95, Insulation reattachment $60.65 (seems high for a can of glue and 5 min but whatever), and the ~1.5’ of flue pipe was $585.75! I figured I would wait to see the full invoice before questioning because the tech did not have an iPad or anything you could view it on. The next day after I received the invoice and called to question the charges, the customer service rep ends up arguing with me stating he “believes” this is a fair price because the issue could lead to a significant safety hazard with carbon monoxide. When I asked if they should charge more for that he says “not necessarily”. Seems like a gouging to me since these simple repairs were probably 1/5th of the cost to get a whole new furnace. Be sure to get a clear estimate with this place prior to approving work.Update: The company ended up honoring their original estimate and I appreciate them taking care of this.

Scott and Darrell were fantastic. We had a problem with an inspector on a project and Darrell helped me figure out exactly what we needed to do to make sure the inspector was happy. Scott was our technician and went above and beyond -- climbing up on the roof, jumping in muddy trenches, wading through a house full of construction debris. These guys are seriously awesome.

My AC problem was quickly identified. Before calling Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, I called my home warranty company, and they sent someone who couldn't find the problem. I sought a second opinion from Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, and they quickly identified and corrected the problem. I'm glad I called them because they went above and beyond my expectations. I wholeheartedly endorse Phoenix AC and Heating Experts and their excellent service.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
