Scott Koches was the technician who diagnosed our upper unit. For consistency, Hobaica sent him back to fix the worn out parts (from what they described, it may prove challenging to replace). Scott & his assistant made it seem effortless! They fixed the AC unit & now it’s running so quietly like new! Scott also shared that he is furthering his knowledge about his trade by going to school to learn more. THAT is what impressed us the most! Good on you, Scott!
