Barry and Isaiah came out on the Sunday before Christmas. Our smoke alarms were going off repeatedly. They found we had faulty smoke detectors and replaced them all. Also we had an outdated breaker box which they fixed. I was very satisfied with their work. They explained and showed me the problems. Great job! I highly recommend this company.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. Amazing troubleshooting with fantastic solution. A prior AC repairman was going to cause a great deal of controlled damage. Absolutely thrilled that Day/Night was able to avoid that.

Jesse came for my regular check up did what needed. He always explains things so I understand he is very helpful that way. We decided what to do and he did a great job.

Stuart Myers came out the first time to look at my AC unit and wanted me to make a same day decision to replace the unit to the tune of ~$15k (the heat stopped working), cited it didn't make sense to repair and quoted a bunch of diagnostic fees, etc. I asked for an email with a few different write ups/options so I could think it over and he agreed to do so, almost 2 weeks later and I never got any of the promised write-ups via email. I reached back out to the company and requested different techs come out, they sent Carlos Padilla and Hugo (didn't get Hugo's last name). They looked at the unit and said it was misdiagnosed initially, followed through with quotes for both repair cost(s) and/or replacement via email as requested. Come to find out they had turned the AC unit off (on my roof) and never turned it back on before leaving my home. I'm unsure whether it was intentional but I have my suspicions (fishing for another service call). Needless to say I will not allow ACE back to my home, nor can I recommend them to others.

Scheduled an appointment to have my water heater inspected when I experienced a sudden loss of hot-water. I am happy to report that I had a plumber inspect my water-heater the very next morning. I was immediately provided a quote to replace the unit, and other additional plumbing I was not concerned about; no offer to troubleshoot my existing water heater due to the age. I declined the install and troubleshooted the issue myself. The cold water inlet on the heater had become stuck, preventing inflow of water to push out hot water. Less than $50 for parts, a few hours of my own labor, and I have hot water again. Very good response time but I felt like Parker and Sons was just trying to make a sale, not fix an issue.

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.

I have called Walker plumbing for help twice now, and they have been prompt, helpful on the phone, and excellent on the job. The first time Clint came, and the second was Clint and Jody. This time, the problem turned out to be beyond our property, so the city needed to be called in to fix it. Realizing that I needed to call the maintenance department for help, I offered to pay the men who came. They refused it. I will always call on them for my plumbing needs.

I am very critical of licensed contractors. I used their plumbing and HVAC divisions this week. Both arrived on time, neatly dressed, very professional and with deep experience in their trade. 911 is my new go to contractor!
