Brandon was very friendly, polite and informative. He included photos of our system. And we had him replace 2 capacitors. And because I am a senior recovering from a broken ankle I am hesitant to get on a step ladder to change air filter. He did it for me. I will continue to call Rising Sun for A/C maintenance.

Can't say enough good things about Comfort Experts. Ryan and his crew are consummate professionals. I had a poor experience with another AC company that could not resolve my issues. I called Ryan and he took it as a personal matter to get it figured out. He was able to determine the issue and presented me with options to resolve it. His crew took care of everything and no more issues. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I was referred to Mountainside Air by a family member. We had not had our AC tuned up for 6 years and it was time. They were very professional and took there time. There were a few things they found and did not pressure us into anything but made there recommendations and with that was a full report for us to make an educated decision. We needed a new heating and air conditioning system and went with Airzona HVAC. Gerald explained everything and even told us what to ask the next company that we were getting a bid from. They were here when they said they would be and took everything away when they were done. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new airconditioning system!!

From my initial consultation with Troy to the subsequent install with Phil and Kevin I had outstanding service. When Troy inspected my old tired AC unit he gave me all my options and good advice. I scheduled the job thru Samantha who was very helpful and professional for less than a week later. This company is the gold standard of care when it comes to AC and heating. SMW installed my unit and completed duct work a few years ago. Last night my AC capacitor and fan went out. I called around 6pm and they had Bryan knocking at my door about an hour later.... On a Friday night.... when its 110 out. Bryan was suited up in gear due to the COVID to keep the family safe. Bryan was courteous and efficient and got us up and running quickly. My family appreciates SMW for standing by their product and their amazing responsiveness.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
