Very disappointed, we purchased a $1700.00 Raheem marathon fiberglass hot water heater when company was Benjamin Franklin plumbing in 2013. When we purchased we paid for a 10 year parts and labor service contract. Included in this service contract they come out once a year to drain and inspect. Was real happy with company until bought out by Day and Night. Called today to set up yearly appointment and was told that I had no contract with them and they would not honor what I paid for, but if I wanted to pay for a service call they could take care of. Beware if you do business with this company as they don’t honor purchases from previous owners. Pretty sad to think that’s how they take care of loyal customers. If lady who answered phone looked at our history she would of seen that 2019 we also paid $800 for anti siphon valve to be installed. Well Day an Night I’m sorry to say you lost another customer and I’ll make sure everyone I know is aware of how you take care of customers. Sorry but how you made me feel today your service isn’t even worth 1 star.

I just want to express my sincerest gratitude to the team of Scottsdale heating and air. From my first call they made me feel comfortable that I was going to get great service and I was right. I don’t live In Arizona but my mom and daughter do and I had already had an issue with another company that told my home warranty company they couldn’t diagnose my problem. I called Scottsdale on my dime and they went out and immediately knew the problem. They gave me a more than reasonable quote and fixed it on the spot. I will definitely be using them for my future heating and air needs

I called Rising Sun A/C around 3:30 pm and they had a tech to my house by 5pm. The tech (Kevin) fixed got us back up and running. He was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have used Comfort Experts for many years to service my ac unit. When it came time to replace the unit, Ryan was right there to walk me through the whole process. Their knowledge of all brands really made it easy to choose the right unit for my house. I could not believe how easy and quick he made the process. Too bad he can’t clone himself and just take over for all of the other so called Ac technicians out there. Grade A service!

We had purchased a new house with a faulty HVAC unit. Tom was able to stop by to look at it the same day we found out we needed a new one. From the start, we were very happy with the professionalism, quality, and follow-up that we received when removing our old 30 year old unit and installing a new Goodman unit. Wow am I impressed! Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a true professional installation of my new Ameristar Heat Pump and Reehm Hot Water Heater by a team from AirZona HVAC. The two Gentlemen Gerald and Scott arrived on time and looking professional. We reviewed the project and they answered the few questions I had confidently and professional. Gerald and Scott then went about removing my 20+ year old Mobile home system and replacing it. The work went very smoothly and everything was cleaner then when they arrived!
I am now relaxing in my cool living room and marveling at how quiet the new unit is. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the professional team at AirZona!

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

I highly recommend Heat Slayer HVAC Co. This is not the first time I've used them and they are outstanding. Owner Richard Bartynski is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and respectful of property. I've already scheduled them to perform my next system maintenance.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
