I can not recommended Hays cooling&heating. The company sent out installers who did not know what they were doing.we had a gas leak for 5 hours.they put our dog and family in harms way.please please double check to make sure that you stand there and watch them.the company didn't feel the need to compensate us for the pain they put our family in.oh wait a minute did want to pay for a meal out. The gas leak was also tough on our puppy. So think twice before calling them. I would like to thank hays company for offering to make up for the gas leak that they caused.chris thank you.

North Valley Mechanical Technician called me (owner) to explain the problem and he had the solution and the problem was resolved and awesome outcome. Thank You.

My heater stopped working and they showed up about 2 hours later. I was amazed. Polite and fair priced. Replaced a motor even had it on his van. I will definitely recommend this company

Ronald Fendrick was the tech that arrived and diagnosed the problems with my system and together, we came up with the solution to replace our antiquated system. He was very professional and knowledgeable and treated us like family. We've had a bad experience with another HVAC company and as our system was down, they told us they could get to us in a week. I called ACE at 11:15am and Ronald was here a little after 2:00pm.....the same day!!! And gave us an incredible deal on our new unit which was installed the very next day! It doesn't get any better than that. And Ronald was the best and kept our interest and wishes first and foremost.

Do not use this company. Hired company to tune up AC units. They were both working before and during service call. During the service call one of the tech tells me I have a leak and it would be too expensive to repair so had a sales person call me to quote a new one. Went to turn on air after they left and it now one of the units does not work at all. Tried talking customer service and they said I would have to pay for all repairs. This after spending over $600 and buying a service contract. They took my money, wont refund, wont fix, and now I don't have AC that works any longer. Do not use this company.

From our first phone conversation I had a good feeling about AirZona HVAC, The follow up with the site visit only enforced what I thought. Gerald was very punctual and explained everything in detail that was understandable, when his Crew showed up on time to start the removal and installation of my new ac, they were clean, and prepared.
They started when they said and finished like promised.. great guys and I felt the job was in great hands.. no surprise charges and no upsales.

Mountain AC is a lifesaver! Dave Martin is a knowledgeable and efficient owner who always goes above and beyond. We’ve had to call several times, in summer hours, to get help with our very old unit and he’s always willing to come to the rescue! He helps us stay cool at an affordable rate. We are very grateful for him!

Larson Air was amazing from getting quotes on replacement A/C systems to installation. As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
