WARNING! This company is a scam. I purchased a hot water heater along with an extended 9-year warranty including annual flushes in 2017, unbeknownst to me, the a franchise owner left the company. Flash forward to 2022, I call the number on the company website, they have all of my customer and verify I bought a warranty. However Darrel let me know they cannot honor the warranty because it was purchased through the old franchise owner. I pushed back, and they came out to verify it was in fact a Benjamin Franklin plumbing unit. Unfortunately while at my house, wearing a Benjamin Franklin plumbing shirt Jack told that they still wouldn't honor the remaining years on the warranty. I spoke to David with the parent company who owns the franchise, Authority Brands, who explained that basically that legally they aren't compelled to honor the warranty told me to take it to small claims court. There isn't a better example of horrible customer service. Please don't use this company. They should be ran out of business.

this is the third time we have used aussie and both times they were very professional, extremely pleasant and got the job done. i highly recommend them- and already have, to a few of my neighbors.

I use this office for USPS services. It is a convenient location for dropping off packages of you like in North Phoenix. Typically it's not to busy and if there is a bit of a line they help everyone in a timely and professional manner. Great place to buy stamps as well as stock up on usps boxes and envelopes. With no post office nearby this is the best option if not a better option for usps services.

Simon was incredible! Our drain clogged on Christmas Eve (of course!) and we were worried about finding a plumber that could come same-day. I quickly read through reviews and gave Simon a call. He was here within an hour and fixed the problem, explaining things throughout the service. Highly recommend!

The service call related to a broken kitchen faucet in my home. They fixed the problem with minimal cost in a very effective manner.

I broke a pipe leading to my bathtub called up sunstate plumbing. Ron came out and the pipe fixed in little under 2 hours. I was quite impressed. I recommend for sure.

Adam and Nate came to my house this Saturday and cleared a blocked main line that 3 other (Non-Niemeyer Bros.) plumbers had failed to fix. They were fast to arrive, very friendly, competent, honest, and fairly priced. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. I will definitely call them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

Valleywide needed to enter my property to repair a drain line in a condo on another floor of a high-rise. It was a complicated issue, and in the end Valleywide did a fantastic job, I even had the owner come out and speak with me and apologize. Very professional.

Skylar was very professional informative and knowledgeable. He resolved our a/c. mechanical problem in a timely fashion. He is an asset to your company. Becky called to let us know our tech was on the way ,she's a very personable phone rep.

We experienced a clogged sewer main in our home in Tempe. So we contacted Now Plumbing as a return customer and we are happy to say they provided us with immediate service of locating the source of the problem with efficiency in correcting it. Also, I was extremely impressed with the service managers, Greg and Joe, who were very knowledgeable, friendly and provided great follow-up to all of our issues. They both have great customer service skills. They are not cheap but provide quality workmanship. So you get what you pay for. I would gladly refer them to friends and family.

I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.

They came within the time that they said they would, one guy did the work and the other one watched him do it.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
