My husband and I have been living with an air conditioner that sounded like a plane taking off and landing whenever it would turn on and off and the sound while it was running was less than quiet. We called THREE reputable HVAC repair companies and they all said there was nothing wrong with the unit. Comfort One (Taps, the owner) was able to make it out the same day we called (the day we had enough and wanted to be in peace). He walked straight in, said what he thought it was, and fixed it all in one day. Professional, trustworthy, excellent service, and we are grateful to live in peace again. Great amazing service

We had a major leak with water coming through the wall and onto the carpet. Parker and Sons came out asap, found the leak caused by a cracked drain. The next day Dean came out, did the major repair, including busting out the slab and doing a great job on the repair. They are not cheap. But did an excellent job.

I noticed my AC wasn't working at 7:30 at night and called Eddie. Even as late as it was he didn't hesitate to come over and help. (so thankful for that)
He was very thorough in checking both units (outside & attic). Earlier that evening I had smelled an electric burning smell, but couldn't pinpoint the cause. Turns out my attic unit shorted out and had gotten so hot it melted the plastic covering almost catching fire. As a female with no knowledge of anything HVAC he explained in non-AC terms exactly what happened, showing me the cause and explained how he could safely repair it for the moment so we could sleep comfortably. All done very efficiently.
The next day he provided me with an estimate to replace my nearly 16 year old unit (which was very competitively priced) along with explaining the process in detail. The day after that was the installation of the new unit, which works perfectly!!!
They were on-time, communicative and even went the extra mile to replace my inside vents with bigger ones for more air flow. CCL not only provided me exceptional customer service, they provided me peace of mind and safety. Without a doubt, I would recommend them to any and everyone I know.

Ulises and his team did a great job installing my mini split system. They are professional, courteous and do a great job! They also do repairs and are very knowledgeable on diagnosing and addressing the problem.
