House Main Water Break-from placing the initial call to when technicians Marco & Seth arrived was 20 minutes, WOW!!! VERY Professional and curteous, knowledgable, gave plenty of options and explained everything they were doing. Alejandro was great! He had called to say he was done early with his hast appointment and would be able to service my home earlier than scheduled . That worked out great for me, and I appreciated that he had called to let me know of the change. He arrived shortly after our phone call and completely the job quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with the customer service the company provided from scheduling to the maintenance in my home.
