Our AC went out in the middle of the night last week and Temp Pro had someone out at 7:30 am and fixed it right away. The tech, Julio, was very friendly and professional. The price was great and he explained what was wrong in a lot of detail, you could tell he was very knowledgeable in his trade. Thankful they came so quickly, we have a 2 year old and it would have been a very miserable day/weekend if they didn't come so quickly.

Honest, On-time, professional and they did an amazing install. They cleaned up their work and left my home cleaner than they arrived. They removed all the old equipment and hauled it away. The entire process was sooo easy and stress free. They were so efficient that my wife didn’t even hear them working in the attic while she was working from home. I highly recommend them.

They did annual maintenance on our 3 stage RO system. Explained and provided an overview on condition of our system which is now 7 yr in service. Recommended system replacement in next year or two because of plastic housing and membrane approaching end of their useful life.

Curtis and the girls on the phone at the office were all very pleasant and professional . They came out quickly and explained everything in detail. There was a part that I needed the blower motor , and they were going to order it and come back the next day but Curtis found one at their warehouse and brought it back the same day and fixed it same day because he didn’t want my toddlers to sleep in a 90 degree home again ! The guys were completely honest and over-the-top professional and after dealing with another companies bizarre antics earlier in the day that was a particularly awesome experience. Fixed my AC issue, but was way overcharged. Was charged around $600 for a job that should have been around $150-$400 tops. Beware.

I had previously called out a home warranty because my ac was blowing hot air. They wanted a ton of money just to diagnose. I called PAD and they were out the next day. They diagnosed before even charging me. Turns out it was a loose nut on my air handler that was leaking coolant. They showed me pics on their iPhone, tightened it, charged up my air, cleaned my unit and also looked at the Nest I installed just because. Quick diagnosis and honest about work and prices. They also give discounts for veterans and first responders!

My AC kicked the bucket. Had Icon come out, let me know what was up. Decided to replace the whole system. They gave me three estimates on different options. Unfortunately, I had to wait to save up money longer than I initially expected, but they honored their original estimate when I was finally ready to pay and get started. Their techs are world-class. Text us on the estimates, updates on options and everything. They notified us immediately about everything.

I even reached out to them weeks later to recommend a trustworthy insulation installer because I don’t really have good references. That’s how much I trust them to give me accurate info. They did a great job and a great price and always with professional service. They’re my go-to for my AC needs.
