Best Refrigerant Leak in Phoenix AZ

Making a financial decision to replace a 17 yr old unit I don’t take likely getting at least 3-4 estimates. I look up the top three brands of the unit and select two to get estimates from 3-4 companies. Hays Cooling and Heating Comfort consultant Chad Hood answered every question I had on making my selection. We recently had first choice mechanical out to clean and service are heating and air vents. The guys were very efficient and professional , we would definitely use this company again.

I researched replacing our HVAC systems (upper and lower floor) for weeks. Eric Johnson at Scottsdale Air was not only the most knowledgeable sales person out of four different companies, but the most patient with my many questions. He helped me work through the decision process, even responding while on vacation. Ultimately, Eric gained my trust, gave me a great deal and we decided to move forward, selecting the Trane variable speed systems for both floors.

On installation day, the team showed up promptly, covered and protected all of the work areas and spent the day working into early evening to insure everything was working perfectly.

Since then, the word I would use to describe how we feel about our new HVAC systems and Scottsdale Air is 'delighted.' These systems are super quiet (compared to the old Goodman systems we had before) to the point where sometimes I have to look at the digital controls to even see that they are running. Further, we have noticed a much more 'even' feel to the temperatures in our home, not cycling between cool and warm but just staying consistently where it's set.

I can't say enough positive about Eric Johnson, the installation team and Scottsdale Air overall. Do not hesitate to let them repair or replace your HVAC. I'd give them six stars if I could!

Fred, the sales person was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He came back to temporarily fix the 18 year old unit until it could be replaced. I had 4 estimates that varied by an amazing $5000 difference for the exact same unit and manufacturers. There are numerous people out there that try to take advantage of people BEWARE! The installers were on time, personable and experienced. They also brought a ac unit for 1 room. I highly recommend this company. The entire process(even office staff) made this a better experience than I imagined it would be.

My visit from Jeff at Lincoln Air was the most helpful and professional home visit I have ever received. He was honest and fair and was able to explain our AC issues and solutions very well.

HVAC complete installation. On time, friendly, worked non-stop, cleaned up afterwards, all old equipment was hauled away. The new system cooled the house (2800 sq.ft.) down from 85 to 78 in 15 mins.. The entire transaction was quick and efficient from talking to Pam to the end of the installation. I truly hope this will be an excellent relationship for the life of the units.

With so many air conditioning companies out there it was whelming to try to find a company that wasn't just trying to make a quick buck. Especially knowing I needed a new unit to replace my old dinosaur. I lucked out though a family member recently had there units serviced by Comfort Experts and were really happy with there service and professionalism I figured I would reach out for one more quote and I am glad I did. Not only were they competitive in pricing (which was a big factor) but Ryan truly was knowledgeable and wanted to educate me on what options were out there and the benefits of each selection. The others just had different tiers that came out prior kinda like Home Depot Good, Better and Best. Not to mention his crew that came out were professional and polite. I dont know how they work in those attics like this during the summer months and keep there cool but I was impressed. They had the old one down in a flash and the new one up and running a few hours later. Didn't want to write a small novel but short and sweet from Start to finish I am glad I chose Comfort Experts over all the others.

The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing.
They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me.
Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!

Thanks Scott for the quick response and saving the day!! AC going out in Phoenix in the middle of summer is not FUN!!! Worried about the cost of replacing our AC, Scott was able to quickly repair our unit and we did not need to replace it!! He'll be on speed dial now!

Very professional and helpful and when we ran into a small hiccup they remedied it quickly and even went beyond and fixed a few other electrical problems that were around the house. They did all of this while also installing two units that are working great, would recommend this company to anyone.

My AC went on the fritz on Sunday and when I called CW they had their service tech Mike out to my place within an hour. He was so professional and informative of the needs my unit had and and all my question and concerns. I recommend them highly. They have been taking care of my AC unit for several years.

Extremely knowledgeable. I had 5 Ac companies out to quote a new unit, moving ducts and duct repair. Other companies wanted to charge more and they did not want to move any ducts or returns. Brett actually wants to fix the problem, and he wants to do it the right way the first time he goes into detail to let you know what needs to change and how it should be done. This is your AC guy.

Amazing Company from initial repairs of the old system, to install of new system, to maintenance of the new systems. All I can say is Professional.
