Justin was great! We had three other plumbing companies come out to try to figure out where a sewer smell was coming from and they never were able to figure it out. Justin came out and figured out what the issue was in a matter of minutes and had the repair done and under a half an hour. Destry was also great. He figured out an issue with our washer. I highly recommend this company.

Jared was very pleasant to work with on our slab leak and water heater replacement. He and Nick the repair work on the plumbing reroute and cleaned up their worksite afterwards, which is very much appreciated.

I have used Daniel off and on for 5 years. He his the best most honest plumber. I highly recommend this company!

Had a 9200 dollar soft water system with r/o system put in 2 weeks ago. All I have done is chase leaks for 2 weeks. Today, the r/o system apparently had been leaking all day because SOMEONE couldn't tighten up 1 nut so I have hardwood floors soaked in water all day. Rather fix it myself than wait to have ANOTHER person out here to fix it. Looks like it was done the easy way NOT the right way. Cold water in my sink doesn't work now, constant leaks in the garage etc. Nice job Ken Goodrich. This is a joke.

From complete new home system design & install to emergency repairs they've always been there for me, my friends, and relatives.Their company has grown, but the level of customer service has never wavered! We are extremely happy with our plumber Kyler. This is his fourth visit to our home, usually for inspections and preventative maintenance, but we needed a repair this time. Kyler is professional, punctual, and explains clearly what needs to be done and then goes over the work he did. And he has a great smile. He goes a long way to create our positive feelings toward Day & Night.

Very Expensive!!We only had a slow moving drain and we paid $380 for an hour of a nice Technician just running a long snake through our pipe a few times. Coupon said $59 SO DON’T BELIEVE IT!! Ask lots of questions before hiring them, I feel we were taken advantage of and I hate the old Bait and Switch ?

This company was called out to provide salt for a water softener. The technician noted that the hot water tank needed replaced based on his inspection. The new hot water tank didnt work, they were called back out to remedy the situation. The technician worked on the tank and left and the hot water tank still doesn’t work. I am out of state and the photo used for this review was all I was sent.

Scott is extremely reliable and professional. He stayed on our project and even rearranged his schedule to accommodate our urgent issue. I would highly recommend him!

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Very satisfied with the service. They did AC service for my mini split systems. Good guys, reasonable prices, I recommend.

EXTREMELY pleased with our experience with 911 this week - we have nothing but nice things to say after they did an actual 911 fix for us at our house in Gilbert! The AZ dust storms have been nonstop at night and the heat has been relentless - so naturally as AZ likes to do with 115 degree temps our AC went out and it climbed to 87 degrees in our house in a matter of hours! We were really freaking out because we have a small child and didn't know how long we would have to wait to get an HVAC service here to check our unit.

Darryl - the owner - was on top of his game though! We called late in the evening when this happened and the owner himself came by since he the biz was so slammed with AC calls the he didn't have any available trucks or techs to come by. I couldn't believe it!! Darryl stopped by, figured out the issue was a bad filter and a frozen unit, and not only fixed the issue to get us back up and running but sat and monitored the meters for 45 minutes on the unit until he was 100% certain that everything was running as it should. After everything was fixed, he came in the house and showed me the numbers - even took the time to explain what every number on the meter meant, what numbers he wanted the unit to be hitting before he was comfortable leaving, and went into detail about how the unit works.

I can safely say - as I type this in my very comfortable 73 degree house - that you should not hesitate to call 911 when you need any kind HVAC service!!

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
