Steven A came out and diagnosed the issue for free, explained in detail his plan of attack, and perfectly corrected the issues we were having for way less than we had imagined it would cost. Now all of the rooms in the house are comfortable. He even changed my filters out for me too. Steven is extremely knowledgeable and and expert at what he does. Very pleased!

I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

It’s 110F outside and our AC is not cooling our home office right now… Got a call from Virginia saying they had to move my appointment until tomorrow due to a high volume of “emergency calls”. I asked for some clarification and Virginia stated “other customers don’t have cooling right now”…I asked Virginia why those customers who called in today are getting priority when our AC has been out since yesterday. She didn’t have an explanation for me. She said she was sorry. I don’t understand why other customers are a bigger priority when we’re having the same issue and we scheduled our service before them. And that there’s no explanation for it.It’s not the end of the world, I just wish I didn’t ask for clarification on why our appointment was moved. It’s making me wonder things like maybe they aren’t making enough money off of my appointment so it’s getting lower priority. I’m not sure. Tough thing to try to explain to my employees working in a 100F office today with nothing but rotating fans to try and ease the discomfort.

I was assigned this contractor through my home warranty company. I scheduled an appointment for AC issues. My appointment was initially set for Wed between 1 and 5PM. No one ever showed and I did not receive any calls from the company. After calling them myself to check the status, I was told that due to delays, they would be out the following day between 1 and 5PM. At 8:30PM, a technician had still not been to my residence and I had received no updates from the company. I was finally able to get a technician on the phone who indicated he would personally be at my residence between 9:30 and 10Am the following morning. Well, they never showed and again no updates from the company. Even though it is during business hours, no one will answer their phone and the message says they are closed. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Very unprofessional.

What a great crew! They were on time courteous and very professional. I got a 5 ton trane with great discounts including a military discount. We had some rain but the owner Gerald kept me in the loop and rescheduled quickly . I would recommend them to everyone

I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

I needed to have someone take a look at my AC units because something was off with one of them. I called Drew and he was able to set up an appointment for early the next morning. They showed up on time and went straight to work. They were able to figure out the problem and explained everything very clearly. He also gave me a couple of options to resolve the issue and explained the pros and cons of each. Very easy to work with, no pressure and reasonable prices. I'll definitely reach out to these guys if I have any issues in the future.

Came to flush my water heater as a referral from Howard Air. Since the tank was approx 13 years old advised the complications if it was drained. Tyson the tech was very knowledge and honest with his impute and advised me that I could have further issues and did not want that to happen, so we decided not best to drain due to age. A reputable company looking out for the best interest of the customer. Thank you and would highly recommend Proskill!!

Air conditioning of Arizona did a great job on my house. They showed up on time and had great customer service. Very pleased!!!

Fixed my AC issue, but was way overcharged. Was charged around $600 for a job that should have been around $150-$400 tops. Beware.
