Explained all that was done and ways of preventing other repairs

Hot water heater started leaking suddenly, it was warrantied and replaced within the same day. They were busy today but got the job done quickly and efficiently, explained the new controls, etc. Fidel Sanchez and his partner (didn't catch his name) worked well together and were easy to communicate with and were professional.

Curtis and the girls on the phone at the office were all very pleasant and professional . They came out quickly and explained everything in detail. There was a part that I needed the blower motor , and they were going to order it and come back the next day but Curtis found one at their warehouse and brought it back the same day and fixed it same day because he didn’t want my toddlers to sleep in a 90 degree home again ! Thank you Curtis!

Dave the owner of the business called my Mom at 6:30 four months later after telling us he could temp unit and then prodded to keep his deadline for procuring the unit and then ended up ghosting us in the middle of summer with no ac. He then proceeded to call four months later extremely aggressive and fabricated a bill being owed. I express this enough don't use this company they are up to something Shady. All payment was requested to be in cash.
