AZ Perfect Comfort took what could have been a long, uncomfortable situation for my family and made it a shining example of what good customer service can do.

Our A/C went out on a Sunday night. It was set to be 117 degrees that week. I left a message with AZ Perfect Comfort. Ray arrived early the next morning. Ray had our A/C bandaged and temporary cooling. Ray took the time to explain what happened and our options. After a very thorough discussion and subsequent high-quality estimate from Fred, we decided to replace our 10 year old system.

Dan and Ray arrived early to completely replace our system. They were done by noon. Fast, efficient and personable. I especially liked the color Dan used to describe our new system.

The front office kept me informed of the process and assured all details were in place for a smooth transition.

The temperature in our house is now more even that it ever has been. A much more comfortable home of my family. Thank you!

Lincoln Air installed a multi zone Mitsubishi ductless mini split system. I am very pleased with the appearance of the install and the operation of the new unit. I was also pleased with the quality of work by the install crew who did the job in about 5 hours and cleaned up well afterwards. Lincoln Air is a Diamond Elite Mitsubishi contractor, the highest rating. I could not be more satisfied and will be using Lincoln for a future install.

Worst A/C company I have ever come in contact with. Unfortunately my home warranty “assigned” me to them. First problem- they never called me after being told they would call to set up the appointment. After getting a tech to the house, he wandered inside acting as if he didn’t know what to do. Then he went outside to look at the unit. He took a bunch of parts out and said he didn’t have the part, they would be in contact. This was on a Tuesday. By Thursday, the office called and said they had the part and he would come out to install the following day. He showed up on Friday saying “ I don’t have the part to fix it.” He went to the outside unit, and left without saying anything. I tracked him down on his cell phone. I asked “where are you.” He replied, “ driving around Phoenix looking for your part.” I couldn't believe I had been told they had the part and were coming to install it. (This is PHOENIX in the SUMMER)
I told him to not come back. I called another repair company. They were sympathetic, got a technician out the next day, and fixed the A/C.
My home warranty company One Guard would only reimburse me at what this loser company said would cost to fix it. They were wrong. Once the new motor was installed, the unit was running to many amps and had to be fixed, therefore costing more. One guard would not reimburse me.
Stay away from Sun-tech!

I called for a system maintenance a month ago and today, the day they are supposed to come out I received a call to cancel and reschedule due to having emergency calls that take precedence. I called to reschedule and was told I could not get an appointment until Sept. because of emergency calls. This makes no sense. How can you have nothing but emergency calls for the next 4 months and not schedule maintenance. I told the customer service that the whole reason to have maintenance appointments is so I don't have an emergency. This is a terrible business tactic and I would not recommend George Brazil to anyone.

I have been in the construction industry for 46 years, 26 years is a commercial project superintendent, 8 years as a commercial concrete Mason and frame carpenter for 12 years. My home was constructed in 1987 and time had taken its toll on my existing ductwork. An APS energy audit recommending ductwork should be either repaired or replaced.

After reviewing available contractors to replace my existing ductwork, I selected Preferred Air. Preferred Air workers arrived on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, and maintained a professional demeanor during the replacement process. I am quite satisfied with the quality of the craftsmanship and the cost to replace my duct work. I would highly recommend Preferred Air for any of your homes' air-conditioning needs.

We had two new air conditioning units intalled in 2020 by Scottsdale Air. We recently had a very thorough tuneup on the two units performed by Bonz, who was courteous, prompt, informative, and just an overall nice guy with a cool name! He recommended an air scrubber and installed it on the same tuneup call. We trust Scottsdale Air completely and appreicate the quality service we consistently receive.
