We had a very good experience. The service tech John was on time, diagnosed the problem, had the two pars required for the repair on his truck, completed the work and was on his way. Price seemed fair, but most of all we were pleased that within a few hours after our call to Christina in the office on Monday morning, the unit was up and running again. Ulises and his team did a great job installing my mini split system. They are professional, courteous and do a great job! They also do repairs and are very knowledgeable on diagnosing and addressing the problem.

My air conditioner went out, call another company and after 5 minutes the first thing they tell me is you need a new unit. So after some google searches I found Cool Summer Air company and they did a good job for me, the repair took about 2 hours, also the technician explained to me what the problem was and the costs of the repair. They fix my Ac fast and save my ice cream

We had a tricky issue with water leaking from our air conditioning due to it being installed by a subpar company that was not Scottsdale Air. The technicians that came to due the repairs were on time, friendly and knowledgable. Explained exactly what they were doing and why. Pricing also seemed fair based on work completed. I plan to use again for tune ups in the future.

Heats coming soon I should turn on my AC to check it. What do know no cold air?? Had two different AC companies come out and examine my problem both said your systems old going to be exspensive to fix it and who knows how long it will last if they do? Called ICON spoke with an awesome gentlemen named Rhet. Gave him the rundown on everything said I needed a new system, he had all my info and a quote ready for me in a matter of a few hours (while he was still working elsewhere!) I look over the quotes very reasonable, next thing I know I get a phone call from Rhet saying hey I'd like to look at your old system, just to make sure it's truly not functional? I said sure. Punctual the next morning, runs a few tests fixes a quick part...bam cold air! Saved me a fortune in these tough times! They truly do see us as a big AZ family, and it's the only phone number for AC repair you'll ever need! From my family to yours I say thank you Icon Mechanical!
