APES was amazing. My tech Anthony was informative and him and his sidekick worked hard to get everything done as fast as possible. They were transparent about everything. Couldn't have asked for more.

called in because my ac is blowing warm air, started giving them my info to set an appointment for the same day since I can't have my family in a house that is 93 degrees. Customer rep asked if I had a second AC unit working I said yes and right away she stated that she was unable to help me with same day service because I had a second ac unit but could set an appointment 5 days out. If she would of waited until I finished explaining she would of known that the second AC is a small unit in my garage. Don't know how me having a second unit affects my service call or why it would change the date. Is it Day and Night only if you have one unit? are you techs only able to work with single units? I would recommend not answering the phones if you don't want business on the weekends.Penguin air came out and handle the issue not once was I asked if I had a second unit. Just find it weird and would never use or recommend this company

They arrived in about 30 minutes from when the appointment was scheduled. We were high priority due to having small children. They were respectful and clean (wore face masks and shoe covers). They were straightforward with what was going on, explained things so that we'd understand, gave us recommendations on what we could do, and quoted us on additional services if we so choose. Overall extremely impressed and will use them in the future!

Ryan was out the same day we called him, found the odd part that we needed and we're up and running and staying cool for our excessively hot Fathers Day weekend! Very happy and satisfied. We can’t say enough about this business! Crispy Air will literally be our go too and referral for anyone that needs repair or new install!! Our AC went out on a Friday and by the next morning they were at our house. The issue was diagnosed and we had to have a new AC unit. Not only was their diagnosis accurate but I don’t think we have had any other company that has been this professional and thorough. Ever tech new what they were doing and did the job extremely well with nothing but professionalism. They worked for 12 hours on a Monday and I’m not sure they even stopped for lunch because we never saw them take a break, only to run out for water. They found a problem we had been having for a very long time that was causing our ac issues and they literally did not leave until everything was complete. They cleaned up everything and the main tech Mikie explained everything in detail about what was going on , what the issue was and how they were going to not only put our new system in but fix every issue we had, to make sure everything was exactly how it should be.I don’t have the name of the first tech that came out on our initial first visit but if I did I would mention his name because he was awesome!! The techs that came out to install and fix everything .. Mikie , Oscar, Keith, Jake, and Ernesto you all are above professional!! THANK YOU for your hard work , your professionalism , your knowledge and for representing your company with flying colors. We most definitely will be referring people!!! Also we know AC units are expensive let me just add Crispy Air was extremely reasonable and completely fair about pricing!! Not at all what the big companies charge. This is the unit that was installed for us!! THANK YOU To everyone at Crispy Air you all are literally the BEST!! Grateful and thankful!!

After being jacked around by 3 other of the larger competitors in the valley, I called Larson Air. Despite taking my frustrations out on the young lady who answered my call, every one of the team members I interacted with were very professional, knowledgeable, PROMPT!, and thorough in their explanations. Their prices are very fair and quality of work was very good. They even text a picture of the tech who will be showing up so you know who's supposed to be there! Love these folks, highly recommend, and will most definitely use them again and again!!

The Service Professionals were efficient, knowledgeable, considerate and very helpful. I will call them again when necessary.
