Ronald was my service tech. He was very thorough. He answered our questions professionally and completely. When he completed the service, he showed me the work done by taking before and after pictures. I highly recommend Goettl, and Ronald specifically.

These guys were great. Same day service. Thought my whole system went out. I would have believed them if they told me it needed to be replaced but turned out to be some minor and my AC is up and running again.

We had an AC emergency! Our AC stopped working on a Sunday in the hot Arizona summer! We tried repairing on our own, even driving over an hour to get parts however that didn’t work. This company responded right away, gave us a fair quote and showed up in the time frame they told us. Highly recommend their services!

Great Company to work for, they are all so friendly and treat employees well. I only have been with the company a little over a year and can't even count on how many lunches and shirts they gave away. It's nice knowing they care about the guys out in the field and in the office.

Installation of a new unit. Prior unit was 15 years old and struggled to keep home cool. Phx Air scheduled within a few days for replacement and new unit was up and running within 5 hours! Techs were on time and courteous to answer all questions. Evenings in the home now are enjoyable with the even airflow. Cheers ? to another fifteen years with the new unit!

AC wasn't working. Fixed that and found some minor problems with original installation and quickly and easily fixed that also. Now our entire AC system clearly works better. The technician, Rick, is the best.

Technician came out and was here for less than 30 minutes he applied a couple strips of tape and left . I get a bill a couple weeks later for over $200. I asked for clarification never received a response. I had to call in and spoke to Sierra she was very rude in my opinion and condescending. I was never told about any $100 trip charge or anything else at the time of booking the service. The tech claims he was trying to reach me and He called once and I was home all day. Sierra was very dismissive, no empathy, very poor customer service. She Interrupted and rushed me off the phone. She even told me the president would tell me the same thing she told me. I said great so have them call me then. She is rude! Her tone was very dismissive and condescending.on my bill it showed notes the tech called ahead by 30 minutes. I checked my call log the tech called at 1201 pm. I spoke to Dispatch at 1225 pm and the tech had not yet arrived. I was billed all labor no parts or anything were replaced. Sierra lied and said my bill does not say anything about tape. I found the invoice it does say the tech used some tape and left. According to Sierra I was billed from about 1145 am until after 1pm but the tech didn't even arrive until after 1225 I spoke to Dispatch at that time and the tech was not here yet

I would leave less than one star if it was possible- rude office staff, they give a date and time frame for when they are going to show up- and then they miss their appointments- then they never call to follow up with you! It is understandable that things come up and rescheduling has to happen sometimes- however when there is no communication and they just never show up- that is a HUGE problem! -and its been my huge problem on 3 separate occasions now- i've never tried so had to throw money at a company in my life- safe to say that i have hired a new company at this point, and i will NEVER be calling this company again!!!

So here's the deal. I am just one of those people who doesnt leave reviews for some odd reason but I had to do this. Yesterday morning I woke up to the sound of water dripping from my AC vent in a bathroom. Since the vent was right by the attic access I climbed up and took a look. The vent duct hose was completely full of water. Not typical. I called Ducts Inc. and Cody came out and saved the day. Drained the water from the duct hose, leveled the unit so compensation went where it is supposed to and even found an opening in a vent, went to Home Depot and came back with parts to fix the opening so I wasn't cooling my attic. Service above and beyond in my book, and I can be a little demanding. Definitely recommend Ducts Inc to all my friends. Thank you Ducts Inc. for caring.

Just wanted to thank you for the outstanding service we received from Dale. We requested an evaluation for a split system for our long term cooling problems, he evaluated and suggested another solution. We have enjoyed a fabulously cool house and good sleeping since! They fix my Ac fast and save my ice cream

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend

Stay away from this company. I put in a request in MAY to have my air conditioner serviced. They didn't respond until June, claimed they set up an appointment for AUG and I just got a call that they are not going to meet their obligation AT ALL. No apologies just we are not longer going to provide this service. Thank you very much for nothing.
