Terrific company , I have been using them exclusively for all my remodel projects and I wouldn’t trust anyone else . I recommend expert HVAC with enthusiasm!

Our two technicians (Matt and I apologize for not remembering the other gentleman’s name beginning with a “I”) were very professional and courteous. They listened to our information about the problem and offered their recommendations. We agreed and they performed the repairs quickly and thoroughly. I am very pleased with the service of the technicians and with the way the support staff handled our initial contract.

This company did an amazing thing for myself and my family. Our AC went out about a week before we were to have our daughter's 1st birthday party at our home. With 50+ people planned to be there, we were in a huge rush to get this fixed. Through our Home Warranty, the first two companies couldn't come out to diagnose the issue for almost a week and I was lucky to get 1st Choice Mechanical as my 3rd contractor. Mike (owner/operator) called me within the hour (after normal work hours) and came the very next morning. He was able to diagnose the issue, which turned out that then entire unit was bad and danger for leak in the attic. He was able to show pictures of the evidence of these issues to prove he was not just trying to make a sale. Him and his son were able to get the entire outside and in the attic unit installed and working by the day before the party. It's usually an unsure feeling when dealing with AC companies, but Mike really made me feel comfortable with his honesty and work ethic. This company will remain my go-to for AC issues (and other mechanical issues as well) and I will recommend them to all family and friends! Thank you for allowing us to have a nice cool home in time for the party!!!

Of all companies we have dealt with in the past 25 years of owning our home, we have NEVER had this GREAT experience. Our AC unit was not cooling. Janna set up appointment. Fred and Leo were here right on time.
As we expected our 25 year old unit had ruined coils, rusted pan and no freon. Fred took his time and gave us all options. We decided to go with a new unit. Instead of telling us what we should buy, he gave us options again and let us decide.
After giving him our choice. Our new unit was installed in one day.
We can not express how easily this went.
If anyone has AC problems I would highly recommend Az Perfect Comfort.

I first contacted Chris with Alien Air Conditioning and Heating at 6:05 a.m.on Thursday May 26, without expecting somebody to answer the phone. Chris answered the phone, was very polite listening to what I have to say. I'm out of State owner, he asked me to text him the address and promised me that his team will do the job to get the A/C working at least 75% same day. I was amazed that the job was done as Chris promised due to upcoming memorial day weekend. I am talking about the A/C that another company went to service barely 9 days through management company before I found Alien Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris never try to sell me something my house didn't need. Chris and his team went to my renting house and access what need to be done and see what was done a week before to the A/C. Chris sent me an estimate with pictures of what need to be done and say that he want to do what is necessary to lower the cost. Chris care about owner's compare to other company that has went to my house. Please if you are living out of State I advice you to use Alien Air Conditioning and Heating for A/C services. The company can be trusted 100% and if I have to give this company million stars I will do it. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating went above my expectation. The company is HONEST. System was running fast cycles and although still cooling the house, I knew something wasn’t right. The condenser line in the attic accessible thru a tiny crawl space was the culprit. After trying first to blow the line clean, the line had to be cut, the clog cleared and the line repaired. Very happy with the extremely professional Tech Stuart and the less than 4 hour call to service arrival. I ended up purchasing a 47 month maintenance plan, which included today’s service cal and repair. Very pleased.

Mike rocked and had our AC unit fixed in no time!! Even signed up for the yearly
maintenance! Friends recommended Howard Air and we loved the service!

Second time I called them, my AC unit wasn’t working and they immediately came out- after 5pm on a Saturday. All fixed and no up- charges. Walter was great! April 2023.
This was the first time I used Howard Air, as finding a reputable business can be difficult. I’m so glad I went with them, they are professional, explained the checkup on my unit, and the tech. didn’t rip me off by installing parts that weren’t necessary . I highly recommend Howard Air and will continue to use them.

Tim is always available to to help on short notice. The system works great now, I’ll definitely recommend him!

The only thing that concerned me a little was the fact that 2 screws were left out of panel on outside unit. Air conditioning is working great, but panel should have been replaced properly!

these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.

He checked are AC system and cleaned it up and showed us pictures of the work. I really recommend this company they will take care of you.

My family's life has been entrusted to Prestige Mechanical for s few years and on today's occasion, the company stopped by to perform a FREE annual inspection & service on our new A/C unit. For the past year, we have saved $110 during cooler months per month & $300 per month for the hotter times of the year. The terrific savings mean that the unit and enhance duct work will pay for itself in a short while.

Called for over 2 hrs straight never got anyone to pick up the phone... so they deserve a 0 star to be honest. And it was Friday from 1pm to 3pm so it wasn't like I called Friday at 5pm..

They installed a new A/C unit.

It went very weel , they were very professional, they did a really good service. They did the job when they said they would, I really like this company... Would use them again.
