Best Gas Lines Installation in Phoenix AZ

I don't write reviews unless I receive over-the-top service, which is what these dudes provided while replacingour water heater yesterday. They got to our house quickly, were polite, remained 6ft away, and worked quietly, quickly, and efficiently to replace our water heater in the garage,, all while my husband and I finished up our work day inside. They advised us that they had finished when they had completedthe task by giving a lil wave on our camera which we appreciate, as one of us was on a conference call at one point during their visit, but were not at all disturbed. After their installation, they advised us to check the pan they had placed beneath the water heater in case it leaked. No leaks! And no nonsense! Would totes recommend this company to friends and family, as well as to anyone looking for a trustworthy company for such jobs, these fellas get it done!

***Update: I had a garbage disposal/sink emergency over this past Valentine's Day weekend, and Dominic came to our rescue. Polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, just like the others that replaced our water heater! Is there anything they can't do? These guys are amazing!

This is the 2nd time I have used Goettl. Elvin was my technician and honestly he was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront. However I was put in touch with Victor from sales and it was the opposite experience. Very pushy, kept trying to close me on the phone after I told him multiple times I would think about it and call back. The prices ranged from like $19k-$26k which is absolutely insane. Then after I mentioned that was double the price I was expecting he claimed they would do me a favor and knock the cheap option down to $15k.... and wanted me to make a decision right then and there getting even more pushy. After staying multiple times that if was mainly concerned about price than Goettl was not the company for me, I finally had enough and decided he was right. Not at all a company I want to drop thousands and thousands of dollars on.

Cameron was our service man and he was just great. He came to our home with a smile. He went right to work on our plumbing checkup and repairs - he was very efficient and professional. We had extra work done that was needed in our home. He worked in a nice timely fashion and it was at a good price and he was very clean about every thing he did. Thank you

The two workers, Pat and Caleb were great! They were both very professional, helpful and completed good quality work. I would ask for them specifically if I ever need assistance again. I had a partially cut electric wire to an outlet and they suggested a junction box to help accommodate the install. I have complete confidence in their workmanship, as we all know how dangerous electrical issues can be.

Patrick Riley was so easy to work with. I really liked the fact that they sent me a text about the technician, Freddy, before he arrived so I could let my tenants know who to expect. Also, I really liked how I didn't have to physically be present during the service call; yet, I still felt that Freddy did the job like I was watching over his shoulder. Freddy went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer, and that I felt comfortable with the service performed. He even sent before and after pictures of the repair, so I knew he did exactly what he said was going to be done. Awesome customer service, I highly recommend for your A/C repairs! I can't see enough wonderful things about Scott and his team. We have done shower installations, AC service and repairs at both my home and office, and multiple plumbing repairs ranging from children clogging toilets to the homeowner (me) not changing out his reverse RO system filters correctly an causing a leak.

I highly discourage you guys from using this company as I had very bad experience with them. I called them to come out due to a plumbing issue, was told to put a credit card on file and it would be an hourly of $99 I did put the credit card on file and I called them the second day to be scheduled that didn’t happen until 4 days had passed. A technician came out and start to feed camera and then told me the he had to wait for his boss to come out since he didn’t know. After everything was done and they didn’t provided me with information I was looking for. An hour had passed come to find out I was going to be charged $400.00 for the service. The were also going to email me an estimate but the never did.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.
