Jose and Javier visited me today to perform an annual check up on my HVAC system. I had many questions for them and they were both very professional and patient. While I don’t have the technical chops to do this work myself, I feel like I received quite the education today and know so much more about the functionality of my system. They were so personable that it led to me having them return tomorrow for duct and dryer vent cleaning, a new thermostat, and some additional proactive maintenance items to help prolong the life of my 6 year old unit. I would highly recommend Ace but more specifically in my experience, team Javier and Jose.

Had a great experience thanks to AC Tech Cory Simmers. The maintenance necessary for my biannual ac service called for above and beyond care, Cory did a great job providing that even though he had to be on the roof for over an hour in 110 degree heat.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was forced to use them by my home warranty company. It is well over 100 degrees and 95 degrees in my house. Their 1st available appointment was 3 days out, we scheduled it for the morning, called to get an ETA around 10:00 and was told at some point in the day! The technician showed up after 2. As soon as I answer the door he stated he was there to diagnose not to fix and claimed that was the way it works with home warranties. I've been with the same warranty company for years and it's never been that way. I called Velox Air office and was told the technician could fix it if he has the part, I passed this info on to the technician and he was adamant that he was only there to diagnose it, that's what he's been doing all day and he has other appointments! He left and Velox air didn't answer my calls. It's a Friday night, holiday weekend, and my air has been out since Tuesday. There is also an extreme heat warning until Monday. If you are looking to get your AC fixed or acceptable customer service, I wouldn't suggest this company!

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

What a joy to work with A Quality HVAC. Our experience was excellent from the first day that John came out and inspected and triaged the issue. Turns out that the condenser has failed in one of our two units. I was given3 options by John all of which he explained very well. We opted to replace the entire unit since it was up there in age. A crew of 3 professionals headed by Steven Martino came out and did an excellent job with the installation. This was verified by John when he came yesterday to inspect the quality of work performed by Steven and crew. All our questions were answered with honesty, integrity and professionalism. We even received a personal letter from Bryan the owner welcoming us to the A Quality HVAC family. Thank you all for your kind service and professionalism.
