He contacted a vent cleaning service for me, got an estimate and completed booking the appointment with them. He also let info with me for discounts with servicing my system in the future. I entered my information on the website and was not expecting to see availability for weeks but was able to setup a time just two days out. Patrick arrived on time and was very pleasant and knowledgable. He completed the work quickly. We will use again.

We have used alliance for multiple sites for multi housing office workers that answers phones are rude and feels like Inconvenience when I call their field manager or supervisor Ryan it’s very unprofessional with their bids and unorganized I work with a lot of Plumbing and Hvac companies but this By far is the worst one I had to deal with

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

911 is my lifesaver. I had an old ac/ heating unit that no other company wanted to deal with.. Darrell came over and actually gave me some solutions and took on the job. He said it would take some time but he would get it done. Especially during this Covid when every other company told me they were booked up, couldn't get the supplies, didn't deal with my kind of system, or just plain never called me back. Darrell stayed diligent and professional through the whole process. Heck, they practically built me a whole new system! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 911.
