Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. Hobaica is the best! I purchased a new HVAC 2 years ago and yesterday noticed something was off. I called after hours and was able to speak with Scott Dale. He was incredibly professional and helpful. He gave me accurate time updates and I decided to wait to have a tech come out the next day. Hobaica said the tech would arrive between 12p-4p and he arrived right at 12pm with a 30 minute warning. I was thrilled to see it was Scott Dale who showed up! He was super friendly, helpful and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately the problem was outside of his control and I am now waiting on the manufacturer Bosch. Scott gave me advice on what to do in the meantime to ensure I am comfortable while I wait for the manufacturer to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Hobaica to anyone looking for a new HVAC. When I had the unit installed 2 years ago, I shopped around and now I know I made the right choice!

Eric did an excellent job. He was the first of many techs to finally diagnose why there has been an abundance of dust getting into the house. I was very satisfied with his service.

I called Parick Rikey Plumbing after seeing an ad on Google. They had a special on drain cleaning which I felt might be the situation. I called around 9:30 and was promised a service call would be available around 11.00. The company had someone at my house by 10:30. Mike Clark did a wonderful job unpluggign my kitchen drain. I appreciated that he put on shoe covers in the house. He was very informative while he was working and gave tips so the problem wouldn't be repeated. He tried not to make a big mess while he was working but even then cleaned the area up before he left with the job complete. Will definitely use again. Very professional!

We called Walker Plumbing based an a recommendation from a coworker. We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.
