I hired Response crew to clean up and repair fascia boards running along the roof line of the house. They also fixed a couple of sections of my pool fence that were badly rusted. Prior to the work Scott came out and did a nice job of surveying the fascia boards, evaluating what the job needed. Additionally he observed the issues with the pool fence and gave me a quote on that too. Their quote was competitive and fair. They did a nice job of cleaning up the fascia boards and fixing the pool fence, and on the same day. I'm definetly going to use these guys again. I should also add they ended up coming in under the quote and of course and adjusted the price accordingly. I'm not sure how many companies would have the integrity to do that.

I contacted 7 handyman companies to inquire about installing a new water softener and Johnny was the only person who returned my call and I'm so glad he did. Johnny was great to work with. He showed up on time, communicated the steps he was taking during the install. Also, even before his scheduled date of installation, we were in communication about the type and brand of softener I was purchasing. My texts never went unreturned. I will work with Johnny again in the future, Oh, and he even texted me after the install to relay that he will return in a few days to check the connections and ensure there are no leaks. Fantastic!

Used Desert Ridge Handyman in install a ceiling Fan, and replace a faucet, and patch some stucco for me. On time, did a great job, and the cost was very reasonable. I'll use him again next time I have a project.

As a very picky person, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the drywall repair service I was provided. I plan to use them for every other service then can help me with since their customer service was OUTSTANDING! Kurt did a great job fixing numerous jobs around our school. He fixed the ice maker in our fridge, painted our trash enclosure, replaced all the missing parts on our busy board, fixed one of our drinking fountains and a classroom door-stopper. Quality work all completed with a great attitude!

Oh boy I hoped to forget this incident but here comes a reminder to review from Google when I am looking for a handyman this time...

I got about 1/3 of what I paid for. First job was to install a range hood with 6 inch diameter vent. Company sent one handyman for what was definitely a two person job. He ultimately got the hood up with my help (I happened to have the morning off) but ended up missing the mounting brackets, which had to be completely redone by myself and family, causing a several month delay to find enough time to do the job.
Second job was to install a garage door opener, which he did. However I specifically had the office employee note the existing prewiring and pointed it out to the handyman before starting the job. This time I was not around and returned to wires stapled to the ceiling and walls. The lack of attention to detail on both his and the office employee staff is disappointing. It makes me doubt the experience of the company as a whole if they didn't know what prewiring looks like.
I feel bad for the handyman since he was genuinely trying hard, yet shoddy work is shoddy work.
