Happy New Year to me!! Within a week of the New Year, I had everything go wrong. I can't begin to say how grateful I am to Hay's. Since moving here, I have never found a better company that truly cares about you. I was in tears on a Saturday night when I heard all kind of hissing coming from my garage, I went out there to find it was the hot water tank, not only was it hissing it had leaked all over the garage. I had no idea what to do. I called Hay's who have replaced my air conditioners, and have done work here before. Stacia answered(after hours) and had me facetime Chris(owner and husband). What company does that? He walked me through what to do. Not having any success to get through to the next day, before any further damage, Chris and his wife drove over at 10pm on a Saturday night to help. What a Godsend!! I have no words, I was beside myself and felt helpless! These two are super hero's!!! I will never be able to thank them for what they did.They were able to get me in the next day to replace the water heater(between 5-7, after hours). I got a call early in the am and they moved it up to 12:30. Chris and Kolten came to my rescue, replaced the water heater and made sure all the faucets were working! Thank you, Hay's, thank you Chris, Stacia, and Kolten. I will never forget what you have done for me and will continue to use you and refer you. Even in the past with a mishap you always made it right!I am just sad Justin had to leave (disability) he was my favorite.StepheniP.S. My husband thanks you too(always traveling)

North Valley Mechanical is a professional and experienced company that will provide the quality of service you would expect. I had two air conditioners installed and they came to my properties at the time they promised and I was very satisfied with their work. I would recommend NVM to anyone. They're the best.

Temperature Pro was able to come out on just 24 hour notice. The technician was very nice and professional. After just buying our first home, my fiance and I noticed that we had terrible airflow going to our master bedroom. We thought that we had a major issue that would cost a lot of money. The technician (forgot his name) found a piece of card board or foam that was blocking our vent. It was probably used to help airflow but became detached. We received pictures of the piece and airflow is back to normal. If you are looking for an honest company, that responds quickly, I would choose temperature pro all day!

I called Lincoln AC because our AC unit stoped working. The girl on line was great setting me up, and in just one hour the service technician showed up. We had the pleasure of working with Aaron and I can't stress enough how great he was to work with. We are so grateful for his kindness, professionalism and commitment to getting our unit working properly. He was working in 100+ degree weather and he never complained and always had a smile on his face. Thank you Lincoln AC....your employees are the real deal. Comfort experts went above and beyond to make sure we got up and running again quickly before it starts getting to hot. I called Ryan on a Sunday night and told him my ac wasnt keeping up with the set point and he scheduled me in last minute for Monday afternoon to get my problem sorted out.

This company went well above and beyond what I expected in friendliness, service and installation. They were willing to answer all of my questions and were honest and up front about their service. Watching them install an air conditioner and heater allowed me to see the pride they take in their work and in making sure it is done right.

Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.

The te h was delightful and left our system in working order. Highly recommended.
