So incredibly impressed with Preferred Air. After a disastrous experience with our home warranty, Preferred Air came to our rescue. Our A/C had been out almost a week at this point when I called them. Daniel came the same day (incredible!) and identified the issue right away. He spent time with his diagnostic tools etc. with the unit to make sure everything was in working order and functioning properly. He even gave me some things to look out for in the unit for the future. So grateful and happy!!! Never call anyone else. Preferred Air is all you need!!

Lyle came out, on-time, professional, and actually listened and was concerned about my high humidity issue. After doing a very thorough inspection of my two units he found a couple minor issues but was not 100% sure that would solve my humidity problems. He called the owner (Jim, I believe) and together, with me included we walked through so additional steps and thermostats settings. I’m not sure the problem is solved but I feel confident they went above and beyond to eliminate some (or the) of the problems. Thanks guys. I recommend Green ID if you ever need a home energy audit or any energy upgrades. They recently completed an audit of my 60+ year old home, which had significant room for improvement. Within a couple weeks, their team upgraded my attic insulation, duct sealing, and air sealing. I found their proposal very competitive and they are reasonable on pricing. David, the owner, was very accountable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that came up. He even came out on a Saturday in order to address an issue that came up after initial work was completed the day before, and fixed the issue on his own. His team even came back up to re-blow the insulation after he had stepped through the attic, triple check everything, and add finishing touches. It is inevitable that issues may come up any time house work is being done, but what is important is how the company resolves them. Green ID demonstrated a high level of integrity and expediency in resolving and I feel good about the work they've done. Green ID has done a lot for me and I look forward to lower heating and cooling bills this upcoming year!

Due to very little attic insulation, Top Notch Technician Bryan suggested we look into adding insulation to our attic. He took pictures in the attic and showed us where our limited insulation was and even took pictures of worrisome spots, with basically little to no insulation. Tech Jeff did the insulation. We also had Bryan install a noise diffuser due to our unit being rather loud when the heat or AC turns on. What a difference! We can’t speak highly enough about SMW AC. I would recommend them to anyone. Simply the best! 5 ⭐️ review

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend
