Best Ducts Check in Phoenix AZ

We received a quote from Q this afternoon about replacing our *very* old AC units. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and was extremely professional. We've used Goettl's in past as well and had a great experience with them!

Update: after they saw my review they called to explain that he doesn't know why but they never got any of our messages. Offered to come and fix issue for free. Not gonna take them up on the offer tho. Just feels awkward at this point.

Had them come out to fix our heating a year or two ago during the winter. The best way I can describe our problem is we have warm air for 10 min. And then it will stop producing warm air and just push cold air. We then have to reset the circuit breaker to the unit and it'll start pushing heat again. They came out. Did whatever they did. Charged us about 300$ problem still occurs. Called and left a message about it not being fixed and never heard from them again.

Very responsive and transparent during the whole process

Just had Howard Air install a new HVAC system in a house that we are renovating. I called a several other local companies for bids on what we were wanting replaced in an older home; most were reluctant since it was deemed what they would call 'new construction'. My next door neighbor was also doing a renovation and recommended I call Kevin from Howard Air as they were the company he had just used and had me come see the work that had been completed. I was impressed with what I saw with the newly installed fan coil unit and associated ducting. I called Kevin and he and Tanner came to our home for a walk through on what they would recommend and provided me a thorough analysis and quote within in the following week. Howard Air's quote was higher than two other well known HVAC companies but I liked their approach and the design they provided. We proceeded with the contract and Tanner worked well with our general contractor in coordinating the installation times and availability as to not interfere with the other trades at the house. After an addition was added to our house it created a change to the original vent ducting design from how we both envisioned the roof hips coming together. Tanner kept me informed on a recommended design change to meet the potential heating and cooling loads that the room would require for the correct climate control with no additional hidden charge. I have been extremely impressed with all of the Howard Air personnel with their professionalism and communication throughout this HVAC replacement and look forward to a continued relationship as we utilize their maintenance services to keep our system running in tip top shape.

Maurice did an amazing job cleaning my air ducts and vents. He showed me before and after pictures and kept my furniture clean and protected in the processes. He also made sure to clean up any debris on the floor before saying the job was done. He was very friendly and I would highly recommend him! Thank you Maurice!

Patrick Riley replaced out A/C unit almost 3 years ago. I recently had them out to do a check up. Technician Matt D. was here to perform the work. I had an issue not related directly to the A/C unit but in the duct work. He took care of the issue in a very efficient manner. He made a recommendation to me for the best solution at the best pricing available to me. I found him very polite to deal with and he also had a neat clean appearance. I would highly recommend him and Patrick Riley for your A/C needs.

We would have given a higher rating for actual work. Frustrated that when office called to find out how much because our son was going to provide check, we were told $258. Then when tech came, he said that amount only covers one- either AC or Heat. I'm glad we ended up being home so we could say we just want one done because check already written.

Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said I didn't know if she was awake or sleeping. I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!

Unlike today, most ac & heating people were trained to sell products for commission incentives, that help promote corruption and corrode honesty.

Dave and his team are a homeowners dream. After being quoted an astronomical price to replace a compressor on a TRANE unit that was warrantied(only the part) MD's was plenty fair on price and offered excellent service front to back. You'll be glad you hired this company.

Best company ever

Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.
