This company and the owners (who actually do the work - wow how refreshing!!) are amazing, very fair price excellent thorough workmanship and kept in communication the whole time on my job. Replaced my roof top units with split mini ac units and also ran some ducting and returns in my commercial building. I had them do some residential units for me as well because I was so pleased with their work. I would recommend Daniel and the guys to anyone and will definitely be using them again - Best in the valley forsure from my experience.

Very disappointed with them. I purchased a brand new AC from Marlin a few years ago. With temps over 107, I am sitting in heat. Every single year, since purchasing the new unit, something has gone wrong. Many times the repair was not covered under warranty. Although I didn't want a citrus tree, something smells like a lemon.

Who wants to bet that management won't respond to this comment?! Only compliments acknowledged, hmmm...

I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. I called Walker Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend in the home improvement industry. They were extemely nice and came out to my house exactly when they said they would (greatly appreciated). Jodi was the tech and he was absolutely great. Best of all, it cost me about $200 less than the other quotes I had gotten. I would totally recommend Walker to my friends.

Ulises and his team did a great job installing my mini split system. They are professional, courteous and do a great job! They also do repairs and are very knowledgeable on diagnosing and addressing the problem.

David came out after I had scheduled an appointment for an energy audit. We purchased a home in 2018, that was built in 2017. Unfortunately I don't believe the original owner had an owners home inspection conducted upon acceptance of the home. In our energy audit it was noted a few items not installed per code. However back to overall audit, very thorough and professionally done. We received a detailed report the following week which provided some recommended solutions and some optional solutions dependent on what we hoped to achieve. We wanted the ductwork sealed, additional insulation (lift & fill) and revised air intake grills installed to improve the efficiency of the air flow.
David and his team come out as scheduled and was able to knock out all the modifications and improvements within the day. Long day but very thorough. I would highly recommend David and his team.

The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. We have used alliance for multiple sites for multi housing office workers that answers phones are rude and feels like Inconvenience when I call their field manager or supervisor Ryan it’s very unprofessional with their bids and unorganized I work with a lot of Plumbing and Hvac companies but this By far is the worst one I had to deal with

ALIN, the tech who worked on my warranty repair, was polite and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and how it would improve my system. He efficiently handled a full shift's parts-replacement project and showed me before-and-after photos in reviewing the project to ensure I was satisfied with the work. He's good.

I sit near it, but don't know anything about it. Guess they keep Sky Harbor cool/warm.
