Josh did a very good job and was informative.

The waterheater pilot light was out for a few days and we thought it was going to be an expansive repair. We called Wyman Plumbing and they came out quickly and was able to relight the pilot light. We are so very thankful to have a local plumbing company that we can rely on. Because of that positive experience, we called Wyman again to replace the water pressure regulator. The operator who help us make the appointment was very helpful in explaning the process and look up the necessary parts that's needed.

Remington was timely and courteous during his call on us. While thoroughly checking the problem and eliminating possibilities, he kept us informed and was clear about pricing points for different steps he might have to take if the simplest answers didn't resolve the issue. At one point, he also advised my spouse on another issue while he waited for a call back from his boss, which he certainly didn't have to do. We've been using Deer Valley for years and will continue to do so.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. Not only that, I feel their charge for the work was very reasonable (below what I thought it might be!) and they still even then worked within my budget to get my plumbing issue taken care of. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend them. Trevor did a great job from start to finish! He kept me informed, explained what he was doing and took the extra time to make sure everything was taken care of.

Absolute joke of a company. Been repairing my complex for over a year now. Close the doors Alliance, you guys have zero knowledge when it comes to chiller systems, AC's, plumbing you name it.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

The process was very smooth from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the job. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. Fantastic service by great people

I called Sunstate Plumbing to look at a possible leak I had discovered. I did not know them and had never used them before.

Ron and Mike came to my rescue. They arrived promptly and diagnosed a probable slab leak behind my kitchen sink. They were both extremely polite and knowledgeable.

They arranged a leak detector to come out and also referred me to a restoration company to dry out my wall/kitchen and safely gain access to the area of the leak.

Ron and Mike provided me written estimates of the repairs that were likely needed once they got into the block wall and could see the leaks. Considering the amount of work required, I felt the estimates were very reasonable.

When we were ready Ron and Mike came out to make the repairs. We had a few complications due to my old house and the city's old cutoff valve. But they used their plumbing expertise to figure out how to fix my two different leaks in ways that were very effective and saved a lot of time, material and also for me money. The final cost for the leak repairs was way under their original estimates.

While they were here I also had them repair a drain which had become solid corrosion. They showed and explained the problems they found and fixed the problems for a fair price.

Based on the age of my house and pipes, I know I will be calling them again. (Actually they are coming out next week to fix my cutoff valve and install a pressure regulator to prevent future problems.)

I will continue using Sunstate as my plumbers and would recommend them wholeheartedly to others as being honest, knowledgeable and doing quality work for a very fair price. Also I liked both Ron and Mike. Thanks Sunstate!

Had these guys install a pressure valve on my home and they were great. They came out and gave me an estimate and showed up the next day to do the job. Very nice guys, very professional. They gave me a quick crash course on the valve. I needed some help with it weeks after it was installed so I called in and spoke with Nate. He was beyond helpful and even gave me his cell number in case I had questions. They are my new go to guys if I need a plumber.

Pete & his partner with Cool Water Plumbing LLC, did a fantastic job installing my new toilet since the old toilet had a crack in it. They were professional and very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and reassured me the toilet was up and running. 100% recommend to anyone in the Phoenix area with any plumbing issues!
