Joe is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers I have encountered. Every person who has done a service call from APES to do any plumbing repairs at our center has been very professional and knowledgeable. Today Anthony came and fixed our sink. He was very personable and got the job done very efficiently. The office staff is courteous and efficient as well. APES is a great company and provides great service.

Best experience ever with a Hays technician. Kevin was thorough with my AC maintanence & even found and fixed a problem that other techs had failed to detect. Answered all my questions and I learned quite a bit. Obviously takes pride in his work! Hays Kevin is a keeper!

Just had the pleasure of using the service from Penguin Air. They were fast and efficient. Particularly Sean delancey as an Air tech. He was very professional, and helpful, was very considerate using shoe covers, and I found him to have a good work ethic. They resolved our AC issue within a few hours, whilst other companies such as professors of plumbing and air, gave us a terribly extortionate quote and said they couldn't really help. Kurt as the electrician was also very good! He fixed our circuit breaker. I am so impressed with this company, and hope to use their service again!

I have been using Hobaica exclusively since I moved to Arizona. I will NEVER use another company for plumbing or electrical. Travis Vanou is such an amazing plumber. He was personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and efficient. Honest and true quote up front. Extremely reasonable rate. And the jibe is fabulous. I have a wonderful new kitchen faucet. I am extremely happy. I have a Nest Thermostat I need installed. Travis said Hobaica can do that as well. Yay.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

Day & Night is fantastic! I called around 2:30pm to schedule AC maintenance and the technician, Rene, was here around 4:30pm the same day. Rene was thorough and very trustworthy. He took the time to have a conversation about our AC system and really did the best job for us. This company is staffed with people who are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! We had maintenance service of our air conditioner 2 days ago. We never had such a perfect service. We are very impressed by the technician Brandon Bates. He was highly professional, supportive, paying attention to details, just excellent. He discovered 3 cables, which were molten and could produce fire in the future. He saved our house from the danger to get fire in the future. We are customers of ACE already several years but never had such a perfect service. Such people like Brandon has to receive promotion. We have used ProSkill for a number of years from electrical jobs, garbage disposal repair, AC system maintenance, water softer and RO system install and maintenance and at our last home, a new AC unit (a new build with an underpowered unit that was installed by the builder which died after 3 only years). Every person we have encountered is professional and courteous. We have never felt any high pressure sales tactics, just honest and ethical work each time. When our AC unit went out and needed to be replaced, they worked overtime on the weekend with a whole crew to get our house livable on the Fourth of July. Prior to recommending the new unit, they had tried to revive our other unit a few times understanding that a new unit was highly expensive. The issue was an underpowered unit and faulty equipment that oil logged the compressor and they tried a few fixes including a warranty compressor replacement before the unit just completely died and needed to be replaced. The unit we got was a great price and was so efficient that our electricity bill actually went down and ran about half the time. I would highly recommend ProSkill for any of your plumbing, HVAC, or electrical needs.

They very quickly took care of the issue with my air conditioner to accommodate my schedule. Jose informed me the overflow pipe wasn't installed properly and did the repair correctly.
