Poor experience & attitude from repair rep. He just walked in our house from the back (without knocking first) and just sat down.

Claimed we owed a past due balance from a year ago. I pulled up my credit card billing statement showing a $79 service call & $440 repair that we *did* pay last year.

Rep said I had a balance of $158 for a service call. I told him that they probably made a mistake and just charged us a service fee for one unit instead of two. The repairman said in a snarky condescending tone Oh you don't know you had two units? of course I knew. His company just didn't know how to charge for them.

I'm happy to pay the difference. Just without the attitude and poor customer service. Need further repairs and will be contacting a different company.

The old A/C sounded like a bucket of bolts rattling and clanking. I could not put off investigating a new whole house system. Tony of ACA, was referred to me by my daughter, came to the house (put paper booties on) to have a thorough investigation and hear about the concerns we had, such as the Hobby Room which never has heat or cool air. Tony returned to his office, sent an easy to understand estimate to review and sign. Yes, questions were answered quickly via text.We agreed to an early start time because of the hot summer temps later in the day. We still do not know how Phil and Erick could work in the attic so long, so efficiently, hauling bits and pieces of the old metal unit out and the new in. They first worked about a 10 hour day and finished the second day in 6 hours, fulfilling the promise of the climate controlled Hobby Room, the more even distribution of cool air throughout the house, the wonderfully quiet operation of the Trane equipment and easy to operate thermostat.Everything from from start to finish with this company and the employees was managed in an excellent, efficient manner. They cleaned up every speck of dust too!

Professional HVAC tech. Paul Miller came by this morning to inspect and clean 2 AC systems. He purged out the evap drain lines. He checked the motor current draw and compressor current draw. He cleaned out the condenser coils. He check the vent temps of both unitsOverall very happy with SMC , and highly recommend them. Thanks Paul.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.
