Great experience with TemperaturePro. They arranged a time to come by that worked with our schedule, and confirmed the arrival time earlier in the day. Showed up on time, took pictures of the issue and explained what had happened, fixed the issue so it wouldn't happen again, and made an effort to leave the area very clean, as well. Very professional.

Unfortunately they don't perform the services needed but we're very professional with recommending someone that could. Anytime I need service done with my AC this is definitely my new go to company.

An absolutely amazing family owned company I would recommend to anyone. They’ve done some great work at my salon. We had some things installed incorrectly when we first opened that have always caused us problems. They explained the issues until we fully understood them. The team even gave us a few different solutions that would help moving forward. I definitely felt that they gave us real solutions, and didn’t just push for the most expensive job they could find.

I enjoyed working with them so much I recommended them when my parents needed some AC work done too! They ditched Parker & Sons and called in the Airzona crew. They worked quickly and efficiently for my family as well. Overall this company has great work ethic. It’s nice to see a family company going above and beyond in the valley for its customers.

I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

Rude technician. Did not report service request to home warranty. This company refuses to call back and pick up phone from home warranty and myself. Save yourself the trouble and do not use Velox Air.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

Technician was very helpful and professional. He explained all the issues and options to complete the repair of our AC unit.
