We are all quick to complain about bad service especially when it is 110 degrees and your air conditioning unit is out. My husband and I are in our 70's and my husband is a 100% disabled Vet who has poor health. So having our air conditioning go out was a serious health issue. B3 went above and beyond to help us get our unit up and running. The issue was the Compressor and they found one and installed it in the dark to make sure we had air. We had another issues which turned out to be a bad Circuit breaker - again the owner was installing a new breaker and actually went to Lowes to purchase one at his own cost.
