I had a customer their toilet shut off valve failed day and night Plumbing came out within 2 hours gave an honest estimate got my customers water back onto the home and everybody's happy all the way around. I will definitely recommend them to people I know in the Phoenix metropolitan area.Ask them for the plumber Joshua.

This was hands down the best choice for our AC. The 20 year old AC didn’t work when we purchased the property, but it was winter (in AZ lol) so we weren’t too pressed about it. Since this is such a big purchase, we talked interviews many companies. Perfect Comfort had the best mix of customer service, knowledge, value, quality of system, and professionalism. It took us a few months to end up selecting a company since it was winter, then the holidays etc, but they weren’t pushy or “sales-y” in the meantime. Fred came by and assessed our needs and provided the optimum plan for us. He even allowed us to go over our future plans to remodel, and gave us many great suggestions which helped us to put a timeline together for the services (of course we will hire them for!).
Throughout the process, Jana would make sure we had all the information necessary for a smooth install. She was always polite and knowledgeable, and never left us confused or questioning anything.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Fred running the actual install! I’ve heard of the “sales-person” coming to get the business, then leaving the labor for the technicians. It was awesome to see him and the rest of the team doing exactly what he explained months earlier.
We have an older home, and the previous owner was... interesting... anywho, Fred found some questionable AC parts in the attic that he advised me of, and left me with some guidance as to what to do with it. The team completed their job quick and efficiently, and left no trace that they were even there... well except now we have an AMAZING ac unit! Our bill hasn’t changed much either. We went from not having a working unit, to a brand new unit running daily, and haven’t experienced a notable change in our electric bill.
We’re excited to continue our patronage with Perfect Confort and their amazing team. We look forward to our future projects with them, and would 10/10 recommend them to everyone!

Great a/c company

By far the best service west of the 17. My repeat technician Jeremy is the man. He jumped on my roof spoke to my A/C unit and whispered it back to health. The man is a savant in the art of heating and cooling. Best price, best service I will not look any further.

Cory P. called approximately 1 hour prior to our appt time, to advise he was en route & give us an estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival he introduced himself at the door & shook my hand before entering my home. Once inside he immediately put on the protective booties over his shoes (and throughout the entire consult, took them off when outside and put them back on while inside). After meeting my husband and before making his 1st trip back to his vehicle, he asked my permission to let himself back into my home, which 2 other companies did not do. I appreciated his manners, consideration and respect of me and my home.While doing the necessary inspections and discussing everything with me and my husband, Cory was very polite & friendly. He asked us questions to ensure he knew exactly what we were looking for, what would and would not benefit us and he answered all of our questions without hesitation. He smiled throughout the consult and spoke with the utmost professionalism and respect. I highly recommend Cory as your consultant and if he is the example of George Brazil, then I know I will be happy with our upcoming installation.02/04/2020 UPDATE: We had our installation on Saturday 2/1/2020. Vincent P. & Cody M. were our installers and, once again, we cannot say enough good things about the employees and the service provided. Vincent called us the evening before and arrived exactly at the time he stated he would; with Cody coming about an hour later with all of the equipment. There were no booties required this time, as they laid out 2 red carpets from our door to the stairway and several cloth tarps covering our entire staircase and hallway leading to the attic access. They were both very polite, professional, respectful and answered all of our questions every step of the process. When the install was complete, they went over all instructions and paperwork before leaving. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace that any work had been done. My husband and I are very happy with George Brazil and the 3 wonderful employees (Cory P., Cody M., & Vincent P.) we dealt with; additionally, Laura Wingren (the marketing manager) is also a delight to correspond with, as I had to email her to ask how to add the installers to my Google review. Thank you all for renewing my hope in the service world. It is refreshing to find a company, like George Brazil, who not only request, but require, their employees to be the best of the best.

Shane was quick to respond, ahead of schedule and very accommodating. I was without ac for 5 days, and Shane got to the house, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. The whole experience was flawless, and I’m not easy to impress. Very happy to recommend.

Wow am I impressed! Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a true professional installation of my new Ameristar Heat Pump and Reehm Hot Water Heater by a team from AirZona HVAC. The two Gentlemen Gerald and Scott arrived on time and looking professional. We reviewed the project and they answered the few questions I had confidently and professional. Gerald and Scott then went about removing my 20+ year old Mobile home system and replacing it. The work went very smoothly and everything was cleaner then when they arrived!
I am now relaxing in my cool living room and marveling at how quiet the new unit is. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the professional team at AirZona!

B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.

Phil, Jesus & Corey were great! Professional, pleasant, informative, accommodating and meticulous. Looking at a new HVAC install at a rental property and have specifically requested these guys perform the job! They were just terrific!!!

I recommend Green ID if you ever need a home energy audit or any energy upgrades. They recently completed an audit of my 60+ year old home, which had significant room for improvement. Within a couple weeks, their team upgraded my attic insulation, duct sealing, and air sealing. I found their proposal very competitive and they are reasonable on pricing. David, the owner, was very accountable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that came up. He even came out on a Saturday in order to address an issue that came up after initial work was completed the day before, and fixed the issue on his own. His team even came back up to re-blow the insulation after he had stepped through the attic, triple check everything, and add finishing touches. It is inevitable that issues may come up any time house work is being done, but what is important is how the company resolves them. Green ID demonstrated a high level of integrity and expediency in resolving and I feel good about the work they've done. Had been shopping for a new unit for two months. I was completely unimpressed with all the American Standard and Trane Dealers I dealt with. Matt Silva answered all my questions and encouraged me to follow up with any further questions. I told him exactly what I needed. The price was very competitive. Within two days, my new unit was up and running. Fidel and Noel were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend SMW, especially if you are a senior citizen.

Urgent Air has installed a new unit for us and serviced both of our houses for ten years. I have found all experiences with them pleasant and the team is reliable and priced honestly. They also service my mother’s house too, and that’s the quality you should expect: “someone you’d be happy to send to your mother’s house”. A+ all around.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
