The technician was very professional.

Got me in the next day for just an RO filters change and inspection. Tech was very nice and professional and was in and out in no time.

We came to Scottsdale Air through a friend’s recommendation. They were fantastic to work with throughout the whole process. Each person we worked with went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and all of our questions were answered. It’s refreshing to come across a company that personalizes the experience by reading the customer and their needs. They approached our old home by listening to our concerns and by what makes quality sense, not just trying to upsell us. They truly focused on creating a relationship and a customer for life. Their quality and knowledge was evident.

Recommended new system in near future, which I am considering. Also answered questions and just made things simple.

Rosario arrived promptly and dis excellent work. His visit followed one by Ryan Makita , who, in evaluating our system, pointed out several things which could be problematical for us. I was not aware of any of these situations prior to Ryan’s telling me about them. I’m very grateful to Ryan as well as to Rosario for the work identified and resolved. It was a couple of years since my AC was serviced. I called up a few big guys in the valley but they were booked up for several weeks. I decided to try these guys although they were relatively new and I am so glad I did. Not only did they service my AC but they also found that the fan on my outdoor AC unit was spinning the wrong way and was sucking in air instead of blowing it out. Looks like for the past several years it was wired incorrectly. They took their time to troubleshoot the issue and eventually fixed it without asking for additional charges. They did point me to a few issues since my system is 15 years old but at no point did they push me to get anything done.
I would highly recommend these guys. They seem to know their stuff and are honest.

AriZona HVAC is a first-rate company. I was pointed to them after reading several positive reviews. I called the owner and had terrific communication from and with him. His installation crew communicated well and were on time. All installation of our new AC system were completed quickly and cleanly. The technician even took the time to explain the thermostat to one of our tenants. I'm thoroughly pleased with my choice to work with AriZona. Their amazing reviews are well-earned.

I recently had Air conditioning of Arizona put central air conditioning in my home in Overgaard AZ. From the moment Troy came by to look at what I would need and Phil and Pete came to install it I have never dealt with more professional and pleasant people. Due to very little attic insulation, Top Notch Technician Bryan suggested we look into adding insulation to our attic. He took pictures in the attic and showed us where our limited insulation was and even took pictures of worrisome spots, with basically little to no insulation. Tech Jeff did the insulation. We also had Bryan install a noise diffuser due to our unit being rather loud when the heat or AC turns on. What a difference! We can’t speak highly enough about SMW AC. I would recommend them to anyone. Simply the best! 5 ⭐️ review
