They were great ! My dryer was tricky and took a few parts to fix. They didn’t give up until
it was fixed and were super Affordable!

After talking with APS, I had Green ID come out and do a energy audit along with an in depth review and recap a week later. It was quite compelling to actually see in inefficiencies in my home.
I had them do a complete duct sealing which involves a lot more than I ever thought. They also added a supply and jump duct to one of the rooms that never cooled well. After completion, Green ID mgmt. came out to inspect all work performed. I'm convinced that my residence is much more energy efficient now along with obviously less dust in the home.
The entire staff was extremely thorough, polite, and clean. These people really know what their doing. I would highly recommend David and his entire team.

Our ac went out at 1am this past weekend after calling around to alot of ac companies with no reponse Nathan responded 15min after I left a voice message and was at my house within 20min later and saved us from sleeping in a hot home. I will forever be greatful for his amazing fast response.
He is very knowledgeable, amazing customer service.

Jeremy took the time to let our home know what was going on every step of the way when we needed to replace our AC unit. He calls back as soon as he can if he happens to miss our call. Air Dynamics has been my A/C install/repair professionals for the past 26 years. ALWAYS friendly staff, extremely fast response time, available in emergencies. Most of all, honest well-trained technicians who can fix any issue day or night and never overcharge for parts and/or service. One of their techs had recommended a dual air handler mini-split unit for a small structure on my property. I bought one on his recommendation. It was a brand he'd not yet experienced installing elsewhere, but this brand fit my limited budget. He and his workmate stayed long hours, through his workmate's son's birthday party, through Christmas, even after sunset to get the tricky system working. It took several days of long hours until the unit began working properly and when the the ordeal for them was over, the bill was for the price originally quoted despite the level of difficulty this particular brand required and all the extra days it took to figure out. They never gave up!. They were amazing, hard-working, patient, dedicated technicians. The mini-split has been operating perfectly since 2015. They are the ONLY company I'll use. Outstanding people, outstanding company, outstanding service. Wish I could give 10 stars!

I had outstanding experience with this company and I can't recommend them enough. I needed an estimate on my commercial heat exchanger and they promptly came out to assess the situation. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, and he was able to provide me with an accurate quote on the spot. I appreciated the promptness of their service and the fact that they didn't waste any of my time.

Bryan Blackson came and correct the issue I had with 4 ton Goodman unit I had a random issue with error code 04 on ECM board. He found some loose connections on the board and also fuse disconnect was loose. Bryan went above and beyond and checked my other unit also.Update. 12-14-22 Bryan replaced the thermal expansion valve, for the heat system to perform as required.Also advice me to use hard start kit to prolong the unit.Update 1/30/23Bryan stop by to check the heating and cooling of the unit, using the pressure gauge. Stated that unit is working efficiently, I would like thank Bryan and SMW for there services.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

Really know their stuff.....informs you on what you need without 'selling you products you don't need', giving you the price right off the bat before they do the work. They redesigned the airflow in our home with new registers and now we have a cooler and more comfortable home.

Keeps you informed when he is coming and is on time.
