I worked with this company in the past and had a good experience. This time I called several times and spoke to Linda and Scott both and they failed to keep a install schedule 3 different times. I get everyone is busy but don’t schedule a install appointment if you can’t make it. At least call and let me know you’re not coming. Not happy with this experience.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

Frank and crew did a exemplary job installing a compressor at my home in a extremely timely fashion in the heat of July.Have been using for 15+ years and have found to be extremely knowledgeable and the best AC service in Az.

Eris was easily the best service I've ever used for HVAC and A/C repairs. One company said my units were bad and needed replacing. Eris came in and showed me exactly why that wasn't the case and fixed it with a couple hours of work, some caulking, a little lift in the attic, and a recharge. It was like the whole system was brand new. I'll never go anywhere else as long as I'm living in Phoenix. He's the best.

I can’t wait express my gratitude enough for Thaddeus and PHOENIX AIR DEPARTMENT, I noticed my A/C not working, with the temperature In my house now rising I began to panic. I called PHOENIX AIR DEPARTMENT and within 30 min Thaddeus was at my door and began to work on my unit. Not even 30 min later he had found the problem and got me up and running. My name is Jose Padron Martinez and I worked for GRAZAK MECHANICAL. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. We were assigned this company from our home warranty company. They came out once and did matinence for $200.00. Our ac was still not working after the 1st time the technician came. They came out the second time on July 4th. The tech was supposed to be there by 7am and didnt show up until 9am. After telling me an elbow was never sealed properly and adding freon (another $200 we paid out of pocket because the owner of the company told me it was pre existing and the warranty wouldnt cover it) our ac is still not working. Everyone that works for this company is unprofessional and will scam you to get as much money out of you as possible. We shouldn't have paid any $ out of pocket besides the service fee per our warranty company. I would suggest to stay away from this company and hire a real professional! I wish i could rate them 0 stars because that is what they deserve.

MISTING SYSTEM INSTALL AND MAINTENANCE. KYLE IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SYSTEMS; TROUBLE SHOOTS QUICKLY AND EASILY AND INSTALL WAS DONE BEAUTIFULLY ON A 14,000 SQUARE FOOT HOME. PERFECT.

Dave and his team are a homeowners dream. After being quoted an astronomical price to replace a compressor on a TRANE unit that was warrantied(only the part) MD's was plenty fair on price and offered excellent service front to back. You'll be glad you hired this company.

WORTHLESS. If you plan on going with Consolidate mechanical it will be a waste of money. I tried to go through my home warranty which sent them out to diagnose the issue with my HVAC and they told me it was the thermostat and told me to fix it (Which cost me $100 to just get them out). I bought a new thermostat and still had the same issues. Then tried to follow up on their 30 day call back policy by calling every day for 5 DAYS without air conditioning to realize i needed to call a competent contractor. Now my air conditioning is fixed no thanks to CMC.
